I had my car in for a service and MOT, unfortunately it failed the MOT due to a cracked wheel which meant I spent all day at the dealership and also had to stop over at a local hotel. However from the moment I arrived to leaving I was looked after by Louise. The level of personal care showed to me by Louise was exceptional. Checking throughout the day on Tuesday to see if I was ok and asking if I needed a drink or food, sorting out the repair for the wheel and a lift to and from the hotel the next morning. I could tell she genuinely cared not only for my visit but for me personally with being their all day and having to stay over. She is a great addition to the team at Alexanders whom always provide great service. There was not a single member of staff who passed me that did not either say hello or ask me if I was ok.

First time buying a car from Alexander’s, would highly recommend. Harry was very patient waiting for us to sell our car, all went very smoothly.

I purchased a cayenne coupe from Alexander’s. My first experience with them and really impressed. Given the calibre of cars they have in stock I was worried I might get overlooked given my purchase was in my eyes no where near what there used to. However Harry was great guided me through diff car options and went above and beyond to get the car out at such short notice. Great service and would recommend both Harry and Alexander’s. Special mention to the manager for coming over to introduce himself after Harry completed the handover small touch but showed me regardless of what your buying if your buying from there business your as important as a million pound purchase. Again thankyou to Harry for really pulling out all the stops to get me what I needed in less than 48hrs through the door with the car looking immaculate.
