Difficulty getting a service appointment
Having paid the annual fee in January 26, in March I had to ring up to get a maintenance visit appointment. Offered one in May, but when I said this wasnât satisfactory was offered 1st April. Not impressed, having paid promptly, expected a service visit soon afterwards as in previous years.
Actual visit was fine, two polite engineers carried out checks, arriving on time and completed quickly.

Complete indifference to customerâŠ
Complete indifference to customer service, despite having an expensive contract in place. They are really not bothered if your alarm is working or not. They may get round to sorting it at some point (but do not hold your breath). Engineers may or may not turn up at the appointed time too.

This is a third update on the company
This is a third update on the company - they cancelled my 2 appointments on the day and rebooked 3 weeks from now. I had to call to complain and only managed to rebook 10 days from. They said there was nothing they could do. This is after already a long wait for todayâs appointments. This long wait is totally unacceptable.

I have had cause to communicate withâŠ
I have had cause to communicate with Banham for multiple reasons, from key holding matters to maintenance issues. In 98% of the cases responses and connectivity with Banham staff is excellent, very responsive and great at keeping us up to date.
Most recently we had a keyholder dispatch response which worked well and that is reassuring.

Annual Maintenance
Engineer Stephen Donaghy called in advance to advise he would be with us in 20 mins (we had booked appt between 8.00 - 11.00 as we were going out late morning). Annual Maintenance completed in 20 mins, battery replaced. Stephen was very professional.
