Technician Ilias Kovanidis (Glasgow) Exceptional
I've been a Verisure customer for some time now in Glasgow, UK G32 postcode, and I wanted to leave special recognition for Technician Ilias Kovanidis, who has been absolutely outstanding on every occasion he has attended.
Ilias has helped me on two previous occasions with technical issues on my alarm system, and each time he resolved the problems quickly, professionally, and with complete confidence. His knowledge of the system is excellent, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understand what has been done and that everything is working perfectly before he leaves which always makes me feel confident in the system.
Most recently, when I moved house in April 2026, Ilias also assisted with moving and setting up my Verisure alarm system in the new property. This was handled smoothly and stress-free thanks to his efficiency, organisation, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. He made what could have been a complicated process feel much simpler.
What stands out most is his professionalism, patience, and reliability. He is always polite, friendly, and clearly takes pride in delivering excellent service. It is rare to come across someone so dedicated and consistent.
Verisure overall has provided great service, and it is engineers like Ilias Kovanidis who truly make the difference. He is a real credit to the company, and I cannot praise him highly enough.

Drew(355273) was very good. He explained everything in detail. Took his time. Didn't rush at all. Wasn't pushy with the sale. We are new customers so time will tell how good the service is. So far so good. Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of a monitored alarm system.

Great service visit from Chris
It was a general maintenance visit, however our engineer Chris (CX3161) went above and beyond testing the communication between all our devices as we have low signal through the thick walls within our property which sometimes flags up errors / tamper alerts in the system. It was great to have Chris review this without me asking and he ensured it was working perfectly before he left.

Your staff go that extra mile to help solve a customers problem. We had problem with our door camera. Your staff member spent quite a good deal of sorting out the problem. Other service providers would have given up o us after a few minutes.

Cancelling is a nightmare
As a business we cancelled Verisure, after 4/5 years but the process is stressful and leaves a bad taste to a customer. Where are businesses that value good customer services?
After paying for 2 months cancellation which was seriously unfair, albeit we have been out of contract, took over 1 hour to cancel and then you get a call from Verisure today again and speaking nonsense. I get the drift, you need business, but leave people alone.
So many sales call and wasting time - left you, so leave it at that.
If someone wants something, they will come back to you. Dont damage your brand, dont become a nuisance. However is doing sales strategy is making this business ugly.
