London Door Company Omdömen

Our lovely front door was sticking. Great problem-solving approach. Went the extra mile. Most grateful.

We recently had an issue with our front door due to the hot weather, which had caused it to drop slightly, meaning we couldn’t secure the top lock.

Joanna Baker was absolutely fantastic, responding quickly and arranging for a fitter to come out as soon as possible.

Peter, who came to fix the issue, was equally brilliant – so friendly, thorough, professional and efficient!

What a lovely team! We really can’t thank Joanna and Peter enough for their fantastic service and for making sure our home was safe and secure again. Truly appreciated and highly recommended!

I had a new door installed recently and was incredibly impressed with the whole team - the sales rep and team who came to fit the doors were fantastic. Huge thanks to Tommy and his team!
When I did have an issue, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend.

Great door company. We are very happy with our front door since the installment 8 years ago and our door needed adjustment this year due to hot summer. Peter brought it back to the original state masterfully. He also explained me all the techniques how to use the extra features of Banham locks which I did not know before!

An absolute pleasure of a process from start to finish, the final product is superb and we absolutely love our door!

Brilliant service from the start to the very end. We now have the most beautiful door that I have ever seen.
Huge thank you to Gavin for creating the door with us and Michael and his support crew who installed it.
They are all fantastic.

We would highly recommend you.

Darko was the best !
He is very professional and was mindful of our feedback. The job was done so well.

Mikal and team are extremely skilled professionals who are clearly craftsman in their field, so pleased with finished result. Really happy with the London Door company from all points off interaction they have been professional and exceptional in their knowledge, guidance and skill 😃

There was a slight gap in the door frame on the right side looking in that was letting in cold air, dust and light.

There was also work needed doing to fill the frames inside with wood and filler to make it more sturdy. Added to that, some outside cement work to tidy things up.

It sounded like a tall order, but Peter did a perfect job in ticking all those boxes. We were both very satisfied with his professional approach and were happy to give him the thumbs up when the job was complete.

It’s reassuring to know that the London Door Company live up to their promise in giving aftercare once the door has been installed.

All our neighbours loved the door when it was installed, but now with the additional finishing touches it looks even better.

We would definitely recommend Peter for any work that’s needed. And we are more than pleased that it was him that knocked on our door. Five stars from start to finish.

Thank you for our beautiful bespoke door. Howard was superb who liaised from start to finish and the door was installed well writhin 6 weeks

The door is, of course, gorgeous. But the fitting on a temperamental house and the final paint touch up were really exemplary, so thanks especially to Roberto, Tommy and co.

Great work. Would definitely recommend

My wife and I, moved into a new terrace home in east London. Now we celebrate our move after 1 year. That celebration would not of been fully realised, unless our wonderful door from London Door Company, was installed. Professionalism par excellence' process smooth' end result came down to one word. Supreme. Our respect and thank's to a great British Company.

We decided to improve the look of our house by changing our front door.
We had fantastic advice from Jackie designing a very attractive new door.

Today Christian and Roberto changed over the door and the improvement is fantastic. Not only is the new door breathtakingly beautiful but the expertise with which Christian and Roberto installed it was definitely 6 star!
The care that was taken was outstanding. Everything was extensively cleaned, painted and polished.

Thank you boys. London doors are lucky to have you working for them. You are the best! Thank you!

The engineer (Peter) that was sent to fix our door was great. He explained the issue and fixed it very quickly. He also cleaned up after he had finished so we were very happy with the service provided. I would recommend the London Door Company for their work and their after care service.

London Door Company were very good. Front Doors are not bought that often. Perhaps once in a generation for a family home, certainly the case for me. London Door Company guided me well through each step and process. Helped me tune and optimise the design, material choices and overall cost to suit my budget. The installation was smooth, on time and exactly what I had ordered. Overall very pleased with the final result.

From our initial meeting to discuss my project through to its completion, London Doors (LD) and I built an excellent rapport, which made the entire experience extremely positive. From the outset, I felt that LD genuinely listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my priorities, concerns and expectations. The right questions were asked, they encouraged discussion and never pressured me into making decisions I was not comfortable with.
LD listened intently to my ideas and worked collaboratively with me to develop a solution that suited both my needs and the look I wanted to achieve for the safety of my house and the final look of my house. We shared ideas throughout the process, and the technology used was particularly valuable in helping me see and visualise how different options might look. Being able to see the ideas brought to life made the decision-making process much easier and gave me confidence in making the final choice.
I found LD to be highly professional, knowledgeable and experienced, while also being relaxed and approachable. I found all at LD very easy to talk to, which helped establish a genuine sense of trust—something I considered particularly important given the level of investment involved. I always felt that the advice was based on what was right for me and the project, rather than simply on making a sale.
LD was also extremely supportive after the initial work was completed. The fitters were very professional and courteous and consulted me in all the decision making. When I had questions or encountered issues, the fitters, Peter, was patient, responsive and professional in helping me resolve them. Peter also offered clear advice and guidance on care and maintenance, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the experience and the final outcome. From start to finish, LD and fitters handled every aspect of the project with professionalism, patience and expertise. LD genuinely proved themselves to be highly specialised in this field, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Thank you, London Doors, for all your help and for making the whole process such a positive experience.

We have a beautiful door! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a small glitch and it was sorted straightaway by Liam and Joanne .

All very straight forward from home visit by sales/design to fitting. Communications good.

Just had a visit from LDC for an adjustment to my front door, five years on from installation, all covered by warranty. Excellent service in all aspects, thank you!
