London Door Company Omdömen

I highly recommend this company if you need a new door. I am delighted with my new door and the team that installed it.

I would have given 10/5 stars if I could!

From the begining where we met the amazing sales rep, Enzo through to the lovely fitters we had the most incredible service.

The doors are expensive, but they look and feel expensive and the service that comes alongside it is fantastic. We are so pleased with our choice and whilst it was a lot of money, it is something that’s used all day, everyday, and should last the test of time!

Listened to my needs and gave excellent advice and support. Very friendly and informative. Products are high quality. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Our beautiful new doors are finally in, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!

Yes, there is a waiting period for something this special, but good things take time. Patience is definitely rewarded, and the finished product truly speaks for itself. The investment is significant, but every penny is worth it.

A special mention to our fitters, Michal and Andrzej, who were absolutely excellent. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and care throughout the installation process were outstanding. They took great pride in their work, and it really shows.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality doors. If we ever move and need a new front door in the future, we won’t hesitate to return.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Jade, the Customer Relationship Manager. The flowers and champagne were such a thoughtful touch and truly made our day!

Thank you to the entire team for delivering such a wonderful experience.

From the initial phone conversation to the final fitting, everything was super slick, very professional and the end result was excellent.

Great company to deal with, from start to finish.
Outstanding quality door & finished off superbly by the two brilliant fitters who installed the door expertly & swiftly.

Special thanks to Enzo too for making it all happen.

Thanks London Door Company

Chris & Vanessa Ryall ❤️❤️

Christian and Roberto recently installed our new front door and what a great job they have done, down to the very finest detail.

Great work from the installation team and have to say the door is "perfect" and finishes off the exterior to our home and have received numerous lovely comments on how lovely the door is - "thank you London Door Company and the whole team"

Would highly recommend. Delighted with door and service was brilliant from sales to installation - thanks Tom and team really impressed

We needed a bespoke solid, sturdy door and arched frame as a replacement for a converted Coach House. We are absolutely delighted with the results.
The door looks amazing and like it has always been there. The workmanship is fabulous, and the fitters (Michael and Andrew) were exceptional. Because the frame was an unusual shape and the building is old, there were a couple of changes / additions that had to be made during fitting. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was faultless. It is not often that companies over-deliver when it comes to fitting, but these guys were amazing and used their initiative to make it even better than we were expecting.
Would not hesitate to use them again.
Yes - they are on the pricey side, but they are entirely worth it.
Shouldn’t out to Howard in Sales and Chris the surveyor who also went above and beyond to make sure we had perfection. Thank you.

My door is beautiful, it completes my home. Mikal and the team were great fitters. Thank you.

I found the service from the London Door company was efficient and very professional from start to finish. I am very happy with my new front door. It is even better than I was expecting.

I have nothing but good words about my experience with LDC. Will Heenan was great and provided a quality service. He was not trying to over sell but aimed to create you your dream door in exactly the way that's best for you. Would recommend!

Great service from design to fitting. Thanks to Julian for the design and Mikal and team for the expert fitting. Very pleased with the process. NOT cheap, but worth it for a beautiful door.

We had Roberto and Christian come to fit our door, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Not only were they friendly and approachable, but they were also highly professional and clearly very knowledgeable.

They even took the time to help with another door that had been fitted a few weeks earlier, finishing it off without any hassle.

Outstanding workmanship, along with exceptional service and dedication throughout. Highly recommended, a huge thank you to both of you for being so helpful and kind!

The fitters arrived at 8.30 in the morning and worked till 3.30. The quality of their workmanship is incredible. No detail was overlooked. They removed the old door and frame without damaging the plasterwork (we were warned this may happen) and fitted the new frame, door and fanlight with the beautiful 150 etched into the glass. Finally the whole thing was framed with the architraving and sanded and painted. The end result far exceeded my expectations and already the neighbours have commented and admitted to door envy. The house now has the most beautiful front door on the street. Thanks to everyone at the London Door Company for making my dreams come true. I can’t Thankyou all enough. Absolutely first class.

After doing a lot off research we choose London Door Company!
We had an appointment with Howard who arrived on the day and time we agreed.
Howard was very knowledgeable and very easy going!
We didn’t feel pressured in to buying there and then, Howard left the paperwork and discussed options we had regarding payment!
Felt Howard was more of a friend having a catch up rather than him selling a door! Still answers my texts after my door has been fitted!
The service and accounts team were very easy to deal with!
On the day of fitting our fitters had nearly a two hour drive but were very professional where everything was covered and wasn’t rushed!
Everything was explained on how the door worked!
Our door has been noticed by a lot off people and has definitely enhanced the look of the house!
Would definitely recommend London Door Company from start to finish 100%

We needed a new front door- our old one was draughty and the lock kept sticking. From design to fitting our experience with London Door company couldn't have been smoother- everyone we met or spoke to was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The door itself is lovely. Would highly recommend...

Peter and Miles did a fabulous job fitting our new door. LDC is such a reliable company. Our new door is beautiful.

This is my second door from LDC and Liam Byrne kindly helped to rectify a slight issue that arose. The fitting went well and the LDC decorator is now booked for the paint snagging, which is standard post fitting. Overall a good experience and I've used their sister company Tom Howley for a new kitchen too.

Expert and I mean EXPERT fitters. Patience, knowledgeable and completed on time as planned
