I do not like the four hour windows when given appointments. Eg told engineer would come between 9am and 1pm. Always appears at the end of the window having waited 3 hours plus. One hour windows would be preferable.

Another fallout for fault caused by chubb
Ineffective alarm monitoring without ever being told not all alarm matters were monitored. Urgent engineer visit required for yet another piece of faulty equipment which literally fell off the window because no retaining screw was used and presumably will be charged another extortionate amount to fix an error that they caused. Really poor.
