New radio signal unit fitted March 6 th…
New radio signal unit fitted March 6 th 2026 but only worked for 2 days apparently. Engineer came yesterday ordered new one. Had no security for 7 months . Getting a 7 month refund!

Engineer Dave was excellent , I will recommend to anyone.
Engineer Dave called me the day before the inspection and he arrived on that day and on time .
He kept me in the loop , through out the day and completed the job and told me when he was leaving .
Next day I received my certificate.
He was very polite and he knows what he was doing.

Service disabled alarm, charged for fix
We had a new alarm system installed last year. The system has been working very well until our annual service. The alarm was left unusable and we were charged for parts that we were not expecting to be changed for a few more years. We were also charged for the engineer who was called to make our system operational again. We are currently in discussion with Chubb to rectify the situation.
