Its a pity the admin is so poor when the actual systems and engineers are so good.

Good service
Engineer arrived in the time slot and was both pleasant and polite. Explained that the battery was overdue for renewal and gave us the option of replacing it or leaving it for another year. I chose to replace it.

Annual service done quickly and efficiently
Had the annual service done on the alarm system. It was done quickly and efficiently. Next year the battery will need replacement. Chubb have taken over the maintenance from the previous companies and the system keeps going.

The engineer was very helpful as usual when I was asking about potential problems with digital changeover as supplier from VirginMedia arriving tomorrow to change over digital supply for tv and wi-fi. All explained to my satisfaction. He went through all the usual checks and everything went smoothly.
