Really poor service and communication
Really poor service and communication. We were taking over the contract that previous owners of household had with Banham. They were super proactive and communicative in selling the thing but after sale completed all went completely downhill. We have booked instalation of new alarm and agreed the service should start after instalation. First instalation cancelled as the technician got sick. Second he came installed device but couldn’t connect as office did not finalize set up. Second visit same - technician came couldn’t finish as the set up by office not done. In the meantime I receive invoice for a full year for service that has not started, and multiple reminder issued of invoice overdue. Months past story goes on I called Balham many many times always receiving answer they will sort it and call me back. 3 months down the way I just called them again today, still don’t have the alarm activated and no contact from Banham.

Horrific customer service and awful experience
I decided to changed my front door and decided to go to Banham. What a mistake!!! first it cost me 10k GBP. When they installed it, the team damaged my ceiling and part of it collapased, putting dust everywhere in my house up to the last floor where my son has his bedroom. It took them 2 weeks to fix the ceilings. Back and forth with the customer service team who is completely useless, was promised a 5% discount (which I never got) and then that they would cover the cost of cleaning. So I asked a professional compamy to intervene. sent the quote as requested and no answer. then asking for a PDF, until today where i received the following answer "While we understand that dust can circulate in a lived-in environment, we will not cover the cost of cleaning beyond the immediate vicinity of the works to restore the property to its general condition. " So they would not cover a 460gbp bill to cover their negligence and utter incomptence but are happy to take 10k for this door. Horrific customer service, actually inexistant, and awful overall experience. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST

Banham over the years.
We have been customers of Banham Group for many many years, with all three of our properties we have lived in over the years. Yesterday was maintenance day and Felix came and spent over an hour going through all the aspects of the alarm system in our properties, replacing batteries and confirming all was in order for a further year. Thank you again Banham for maintaining exceptional assistance throughout the past year.

Non-existent customer service
Surveyor they sent failed to identify some steel reinforcement on the front door which meant the engineer sent to install couldn’t fit the locks. Engineer advised they would get the surveyor out again to re-assess whether they would need a carpenter but never heard back. I then sent three follow up emails to arrange another appointment but received no response from Banham. Almost 3 months from my initial enquiry and no locks fitted still. P.s local cobbler on Islington high street advertises they can copy Banham keys which largely defeats the supposed registration security. Farcical.
