Avoid This Company!
We have been with Banham for over 20 years; however, in recent years their service has been appalling.
Our most recent struggle is simply trying to purchase an additional key fob for our alarm.
Two phone calls with the incorrect information
sent to their website which is not working
Called just now and the customer services rep was useless, so asked to speak to a manager and was sent back to the beginning; 'we are experiencing a high call volume......'.
So we have now had enough and we will be leaving.

Appalling customer service
I have been with Banham for over 10 years now but considering switching to a different company which actually treats its customers with courtesy and some respect.
I called in March to book my appointment for 15th April. Then a week before my appointment I get an email from Banham maintenance saying that they are moving my apportionment to 1st May. It was done without my consent.
I emailed them informing that I canât do that date and provided with 8 alternative dates in May. Customer service administrator came back saying that none of the days work. Only after my phone call to customer service, I was then offered a morning slot at the end of May.
I am incredibly frustrated and the level of customer service.

amazing service of Regardo from Banham
I really have to leave a review to say how amazing Banham is!
The lock in our home broke, and they immediately sent someone to help us.
His name is Regardo, a young Italo-British gentleman, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive.
He not only fixed the issue efficiently but also took the time to explain how to properly maintain our locks.
We were actually late and kept him waiting outside for quite a while, but he remained so patient and kind, waiting downstairs for us without any complaint.
We feel very lucky to have met someone as nice as Regardo. Thank you again!

The locksmith was extremely helpful and courteous. When he arrived however we had a household emergency as husband collapsed on the front room floor at the same time.both the engineer and I went into the front room and we helped him back in his chair with no sign of any injury
.Our lock was repaired efficiently needing a new door handle which was replaced so now everything is fine.

The booking process was CHAOTIC
The booking process was CHAOTIC. Courtney Newman was most helpful in sorting out the mess.
The engineer ( Jonathan Stokes-Vega) was very efficient and personable. He gets 10/10.
I have been a very satisfied customer of Banhams for 50 years and have had no cause to complain until this recent incident. Happily faith has been restored.
