Pilling ist bei 100 % Kaschmir ein natürlicher Effekt, der je nach Trageweise, Reibung sowie individuellen Faktoren wie Haut und statischer Aufladung unterschiedlich stark auftreten kann.
In der Regel lässt sich dies jedoch mit einer speziellen Kaschmirbürste oder einem Pillingkamm leicht entfernen, sodass das Kleidungsstück wieder ein gepflegtes Aussehen erhält.

Regarding the slight pilling, it is a natural phenomenon specific to 100% cashmere, whose intensity can vary depending on the wearing of the garment, friction, skin and static electricity.
This phenomenon can be easily reduced with the help of a suitable anti-pill brush, allowing to restore the garment to its original appearance.

Package never delivered, responsibility pushed to customer
I had a disappointing experience with Authentic Cashmere.
My order (11987) was shipped via DHL and then handed over to Bpost, but the package never arrived. The tracking information was unclear and even indicated it was at a “local post office” without specifying which one. Bpost, in turn, could not locate the parcel; according to their systems, it was delivered in my mailbox - which is not the case.
What I find most problematic is how this was handled. Instead of resolving the issue themselves, Authentic Cashmere asked me to file a claim with Bpost and provide my bank details to them directly. This shifts the responsibility to the customer, while under EU consumer law the seller remains responsible until the parcel is actually delivered.
I did contact Bpost myself to help move things forward, but this should not be necessary. As a customer, you expect the seller to either resend the item or issue a refund when a package is lost.
Overall, the lack of ownership and customer support in this situation is disappointing.
