After a bit of research on the web, we decided to try a refurbished computer with more capacity than we needed for our second computer. We really didn't know what to expect, but I'd recommend this service to anyone! The laptop arrived within the week and is working better than our newer Chromebook hands down. Very happy with our purchase. Excellent laptop for a fraction of the price of a new one.

Pricing is good, and have bought from them directly and indirectly before.

Pickup is a bit unclear- you get a few messages along the way that could mean it’s ready, all the while online status is dispatched. Just have to wait for the actual pickup message which is clear.

Also, their grade A can have issues that seem more B grade- my surface came with a drop graze all the way down one side and a creaky screen.

Great product and price. Quick delivery

I bought a Dell AIO 7420 and it arrived promptly, very well packed and it work almost perfectly. The only thing that was faulty was the sound. As it was still under Dell warranty I called them and they did diagnosis online and said it was a claim. They sent a engineer (sort of) and he replaced parts that were not faulty. Still did not work. Dell sent him back 3 days later and he replaced more parts. Still did not work. Dell sent a senior engineer who knew his stuff and confirmed a software fault with OS. That should have been picked up at ACT BEFORE it was shipped. They expected me to wrap it and send it back, at their cost, with all my data. Not bloody likely! I got a local computer guy to check it and he confirmed the software fault and deleted the OS and reinstalled Windows 11. Bingo, worked and is now perfect. Communication with ACT is very hard. They rarely answer the phone and when they do the calls drop out. I messaged ACT to tell them the result and asked them to pay the bill. Since then communication has not resolved anything. Take care dealing with this lot.

PC came very well protected against damage and was delivered as described. No issues with using system. Win11 installed and activated on delivery.

Was able to replace Graphic card and transfer NVME SSDs (one with Win11 ) and HDDs to the PC and easily install Dell 5820 driver updates.

Very happy.
