Easy site to navigate, best pricing Ive seen on a refurbished computer site. A lot of sites I looked at I worried were scam but I did research into Australia Computer Traders and decided to trust them, glad I did. I received my laptop really quickly and looks to be in better condition than I imagined being a 'B grade' laptop. Does exactly what I need it for. I had some concerns with battery life so I put a request in and got an immediate response from support as well as follow up emails. They were so on the ball with customer support I've honestly never had a company so quick to respond to any concerns or claims, that was a very pleasent surprise. Will be recommending these to any one looking for a cheap laptop/pc with the reassurance of having it professionally tested.

Projector works perfectly, exactly as described. Comms from seller were excellent, and delivery on schedule. Ability to purchase a second hand unit which works is much appreciated, and the price meant that I can afford this for sewing.

I went there yesterday intent on buying a laptop but got put off. The laptop the guy had mentioned on the phone didn't work when booted up and the tech person had to work on it for some time. Then, I told him I wanted to try it out (understandable, given I'd seen it unresponsive) - he said he wasn't allowed to connect it to their store wifi. He said I would have to hotspot it if I wanted to check it out. Then of course it used my phone to begin to download a software update. I told him I thought I'd leave it. Also, a point of interest is that despite the name, this is not an Australian company.

The product was sent on time with tracking, and the product is good quality, and I found the item quite easy to find and buy online.

I would have given a 5-star rating however it is either impossible or very hard to be able to talk with anyone on the phone as the phone lines are always busy / engaged.

WARNING!!! SCAM ALLERT!!! I purchased a Grade A Dell Latitude on August the 19th 2026.
It arrived quickly and switched on.
The computer was advertised and Described as a grade A computer.
It was nothing like the description on the website.
Deep gouges on the outside as long as 140mm and 20mm wide, damaged spot on screen10mm diameter, worn edges etc.
I tried to contact them for a RA number to return it at my expense for a refund under their 30day change of mind policy.
All I got was the run around and emails that designed to stall or not address the issues.
I tried phoning,but nobody answers.
If you get a good computer, great.
If you get a bad one you will regret the purchase and worse still,you will be taunted by their lack of communication and assistance.
Clearly many years of experience in avoiding customers by ghosting them pays off.

I got a great deal on a Dell 7320 that was listed as B grade. It came in fantastic condition looking almost new, more then I expected.
It arrived very well packaged, the battery isn't the best but I knew that was the case when buying a used laptop, easy fix. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend ACT to anyone looking to get a great deal.

Friendly professional staff. A problem with an accessory as part of the main purchase was reported to the company by phone. This was immediately replaced by express post, which leaves an overall good impression, and gives confidence when considering future purchases.

The laptop i chose came in better condition than expected. I got a grade B laptop and was expecting scratches all over and dents but it was in excellent condition. Fast delivery. Id buy from here again any day over a brand new laptop.
