UN Tech provides excellent service with their competitively priced products. Tech support answers all my questions. Delivery is quick and either free or affordable. I've been converting everyone I can to buy refurbished instead of new.

I just opened the box this evening. What you see is what you get. The item was packed with care. the panel is clear of any scratches and no burn out ghosting. A new replacement base was supplied in lieu of the original base which I prefer but it is what it is. I have to pair this one with same model which i used as a back up monitor.

ThinkPad: God but with problems that I have not been able to solve yet – as explained below:
BIOS setup is still a terrible experience. It does not allow to boot the machine with a Widows Setup memory stick for clean windows 11 installation, nor with an Acronis True Image recovery memory stick.
Yes, I have turned off the secure Boot. Read a Notepad’s User Manual and tried AI help.
The machine just refuses to boot from USBI. That would normally take more than one star off the five it would otherwaays deserve.

Purchasing was simple. It was dfelivered fast.
Unfortunately it didnt have a HDMI port which is more on me than the company but their returns were also super simple.
