Good to deal with, products are very good condition

Before ordering a Dell 5570 laptop (Monday) I rang Reboot IT to confirm it was in stock. Which it was. Was supposed to ship within 2 business days, when that didn't happen I rang and spoke to Jeff. He apologised and said they had to source a replacement charger (can't use the std low power charger) and it would arrive the following Mon and be shipped that day.

Come Monday night, no shipping notice received. I emailed and asked what was the hold up. No reply.
I allowed a few days to pass, as having worked in IT, I knew that relying on 3rd parties can be fraught.

Finally rang on Thur, and spoke to Kajal, she mentioned that charger still hadn't arrived plus they found an issue with the nvme and had to fix. But promised she'd find a new charger ASAP and ship that day. I stressed that I now wanted this couriered, not regular post. She agreed and apologised for lack of communication.

True to her word I was notified that evening that it had shipped via courier and it arrived on Monday. In all 10 business days from ordering to delivery. The full featured laptop was in great condition, well packed, and considering the price, a bit of a bargain when comparing the current price of ram/nvme's

I'd certainly use Reboot IT again, but they should IMO, be more upfront about communicating if there are delays. Most people are reasonable, and won't get upset if there's an unforeseen holdup. My advice is don't just rely on email, but pick up the phone and talk to someone.

The only place ie found that does referbished minipc's. perfect for home labbing

I am writing to express my extreme frustration as this is now the seventh time I have attempted to follow up on my complaint regarding order R203583.

Despite my previous messages, I have received no response from your team. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I have a Honeywell Dolphin CT60 (R-5348-EXC) that is still not functioning correctly as it cannot get online.

I require an immediate response regarding this matter. Please let me know the next steps for a resolution or how I can proceed with a return and refund, as the troubleshooting steps provided previously have not resolved the issue.

I look forward to hearing from you without further delay.

Looked at a few options for a second-hand PC, and these guys easily offered the best value. Customer service were prompt with their replies in the shipping process, and item arrived well-packed, and 100% functional. Everything I was after for my purchase with no dramas. Would buy again with confidence!

No updates; 5 weeks in and no shipping; constant excuses. First of all waiting for a power cord - it's a desk top - it takes a jug cord!! Then waiting for a microsoft license - that can be bought online in 2 minutes. Then the key didn't work....Just don't waste your time.

Do not buy from this company!!!!

Purchased second hand laptop to use in my mobile workshop van, laptop arrived with dead battery.
Needs to be constantly plugged into power point to work, which completely defeats the purpose I needed it for.
Multiple unanswered emails, wasted time on phone with multiple calls . Went on for months. Was told new battery had been posted which was complete BS.
I have given up, hopefully anyone considering purchasing from them heed my warning.
Do not trust these fraudsters.

Ordered HP EliteBook Folio 1040 (Excellent) online, waited a week with no communication, emailed twice, rang once, no reply. Went in to ask if the laptop was ready to pick up, had to wait 20 mins to be told there was a problem with the battery and that the laptop had been 'Manager Locked' (??) and the only person that could unlock it wasn't in til next week. I needed this laptop urgently for the weekend and had ordered it due to the website stating a two day turnaround. I asked for a refund, which I was told would happen next week. No contact, so had to go through Paypal.
This was meant to be a reconditioned laptop, ready to go, in 2 days. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Very disappointed. Bought a desktop pc that wouldn’t run windows 11, and asked for dialup internet?!

Bought a laptop the screen failed within the warranty period. They said looks like wire moved send it back. After months of ignored emails and calls 'well check the techs and email you the progress' - I threatened Consumer Affairs Victoria and they said 'you broke it so no warranty but well fix it for most the money you bought it. Cheap dodgy and warranty is toilet paper.

I bought a lenovo port replicator without a power supply, postage was quick. Upon plugging it in, it sparked and destroyed my power supply. I tried to contact the company 3 times by email and once via their eBay store even though I purchased via their website. They did not respond. Luckily I used PayPal so I submitted a claim. They didn't respond to PayPal either so I was given a refund.
