The service is terrible in Auchan
The service is terrible in Auchan! We ordered food on the 26th October to get it on the 28th, first they had a problem with their system, second time they sent me a message with a time interval, the delivery guy came 10 minutes early and we weren't home yet and of course he didn't wait. Now we have been waiting for 3 hours (for the same delivery) as we got a time interval again, we couldn't leave the house because of this, and the food is nowhere yet!! They also hang up the phone they contacted me and never replied my message.

Ontem fiz compras no valor de 5,24 €, enquanto aguardei na fila noto que um segurança foi falar com a senhora da caixa. Quando chegou a altura de ser atendido e pagar foi-me dito que queriam ver a minha mochila (atenção: não há possibilidade de deixar a mochila cá fora e fui filmado o tempo inteiro), em resumo, a intenção era apenas chatear-me. Pois eles já me conhecem, mas principalmente pelas minhas críticas negativas, e visto que a direcção estimula o roubo em vez de deixar pedir ajuda a alguém para ajudar a pagar 3-5 € na caixa. Resumindo: Despejei a mochila em frente da senhora da caixa, e que horrorizada me disse que não podia fazer isso por causa da Covid19!?! Até fugiu. É eles tinham alguma razão para me chatear? Nas últimas 4 semanas gastei pelo menos 150€- 200€ e sou cliente desde 1973 na porcaria de aquele supermercado e fui tratado como um criminoso. Só não dou a nota zero porque não existe. Tenho vídeos que não demonstro para não mostrar a cara de ninguém.

Abri duas novas contas confirmar endereço de email por mail não deixa
Tem conhecimento por esta via não conseguem enviaram 18 mails para confirmar senha 20 mails para confirmar endereço
Quando bastava enviarem uma nova senha como tinham feito anteriormente

Perfeito fazer compras nas lojas Auchan
Perfeito fazer compras nas lojas Auchan. Bons produtos, atendimento excelente. Tudo perfeito. Há 3 anos que optei por fazer as minhas compras online uma vez por mês via Auchan Online e sempre tive a melhor experiência. Muitos parabéns.

Fiz uma encomenda e o valor da mesma…
Fiz uma encomenda e o valor da mesma foi me logo retirado da conta.
No dia de entrega da encomenda sou informada de que três produtos que encomendei não estão disponíveis. Um dia depois de ter recebido a encomenda é me novamente cobrado o valor da mesma, desta vez apenas os produtos que foram entregues.
O saldo disto? Paguei quase 40€ à Auchan por duas garrafas de vinho!
Estou à espera para saber quando tencionam devolver-me o dinheiro cobrado a mais!

Auchan CASTELO BRANCO - they are doing something right
I have been shopping with Auchan.pt (Castelo Branco store) weekly for 4 months now. I also used Auchan.pl in the past. I don't think I ever had a bad experience with them shopping either online or in person. Compare that to Pingo Doce in person shopping which has been a bad experience more than half the times (huge lineups, rude security guards, one cashier insisting I empty my private bad in front of the cash or she will not proceed, staff not knowledgeable about the availability of their products). But Auchan.pt is different. Online deliveries are on time and friendly. In-person experience has always been good. Lineups are never long, at least in Auchan Portugal Castelo Branco. Customer service staff is friendly and knows their product stock. They are flexible - able to pick up a product on the last minute before delivery, and try to accommodate last minute requests. Even the one time I made a mistake and I wasn't home to receive a scheduled delivery it wasn't a big deal to them. Product selection is also excellent, products are fresh, and if a customer has a problem with any product, a refund is immediately granted. I can't recommend them enough. I do not impress easily, yet I find Auchan Portugal is over and beyond the typical customer service experience in Portugal, and after shopping with them regularly for a long time and consistently being impressed, I am pretty sure it's on purpose.
UPDATE: Sadly, Auchan Amadorra in Lisbon (the online delivery store for the capital) is not nearly as good. A lot of mistakes are made, once I received someone else's groceries instead of mine. I would rate Amadorra Auchan.pt as 3/5.
