I ordered a replacement metal cooker hood filter. Unfortunately it arrived somewhat banana shaped - the fault of DPD.
I contacted customer services and a replacement was sent and received within a couple of days. They get the 5* for excellent customer services.

Purchased some items from the website to repair my oven. No receipt received. Waited several weeks with no delivery or even any confirmation. Left several emails on the website but no response.
Can only assume it’s a scam website

10 days later and I still haven’t received the part or had any update on this

Très compliqué d'obtenir réparation du SAV, il faut se battre.

Après avoir envoyé des photos et vidéos de mon lave-vaisselle (acheté en octobre dernier, donc neuf pour ainsi dire), on cherche la petite bête en m'indiquant que l'installation n'est pas aux normes.

Le lave-vaisselle avait simplement été désencastré à leur demande pour vérifier l'évacuation et le niveau d'eau ; je ne m'allais pas le ré-encastrer alors que des techniciens allaient intervenir.

On m'indique alors qu'il sera impossible de faire jouer la garantie si l'appareil n'est pas ré-encastré. Il a fallu que je demande quel article des conditions de garantie stipulait cela et que je menace de faire appel à mon avocat pour que, comme par magie, un rendez-vous soit fixé dans la semaine.

Société pas sérieuse : on vous balade par mail pendant des semaines en espérant que vous lâchiez l'affaire.

C'est mon troisième rendez-vous aujourd'hui et la panne n'est toujours pas résolue, pour une demande faite le 1er juillet, après trois pièces changées, la panne est toujours présente, donc en plus d'un sav médiocre la qualité des produits l'est tout autant

Mention spéciale aux techniciens : Durant les trois rendez-vous, très aimables et professionnels, ils doivent en plus composer avec une entreprise qui leur commande les mauvaises pièces.

The visual impact of the cooker hood was an attractive, interesting and modern product.
In use it is unusual as the hood doesn’t cover the hob. This leads me to question the effectiveness of the product.
The correct filters were difficult to identify and find to buy, they were also extremely difficult to fit.
I find it noisy in use.

I contacted Apelson on Tuesday afternoon regarding a missing screw from my lawnmower. The mower was in it's 2nd summer but was still under guarantee. I received the lost item for my lawnmower by carrier on the Thursday afternoon. Wonderful service!
