So ordered day 1 arrived day 2, knew when it was coming so delivery driver could place in the right spot. Item as ordered no concerns. It couldn't have been quicker or simpler (unless they used a drone 😀) Will use company again.

Excellent service all round. Forty eight hours after first reporting my defective oven it has been repaired and is back up and running. Customer service could not have been more helpful.

2 mois pour changer un fusible sur un micro ondes ! Si j'avais pu mettre zéro ca mérite pas plus . Le technicien est venu 15 jours après la déclaration de panne et évidemment il n'avait pas la pièce. Il a fallu commander et après cest un sketch le rv proposé est 1 mois après réception de la pièce. Je crains le pire quand le technicien va venir.. ...

Highly recommend

Return packaging costs
The part I ordered cost me postage and packing which is fair enough, but when I wanted to return the item as it was not suitable, the company make you pay return postage.
Not very good customer relations.
Won't be using them again.

No follow up
My cooker hood extractor stopped extracting though the lights still worked. I contacted Apelson Appliances who sent out an engineer, he removed the circuit board, both the carbon filters and a light bulb, and came across a stubborn screw before deciding it was a 2 man job. He then shoved the circuit board and filters back in without fixing them back in place. The hood no longer works at all and must be turned off at the wall because it is an electrical hazard. The engineer won't return to rectify his 'work' Apelson, while super keen and quick to reply to emails when you may be about to give them money have remained oddly quiet on this subject
