The product I required was really easy to find, the ordering was simply with no hassle.
Delivery was very quick and the package (a glass plate for microwave) was wrappped extremely well to prevent breakage during transportation.

I ordered and paid for replacement glass for a cooker hood. All went well, soon I got a message from Apelson saying it had been dispatched to DPD for delivery. Days later DPD still hadn't got it. I had no contact from Apelson, so I asked them by email what was happening. Again no response at all from Apelson but money just reappeared as refund in my Paypal account.

Excellent choice of product and service

Part arrived in 2 days and was the cheapest I could find online. Could not tell a difference from the original. Straight swap and I was up and running again. Great service.

Last time I bought from this company I had no problems , however this time the part arrived on time but then I no longer needed the item as the oven had completely broke so I emailed your company 3 times as I couldn't find a phone number as I wanted to return the item within the 14 days and no one got back in touch with me so was very disappointed as I am now stuck with a part I don't need

Wine cooler door arrived quickly and cheaper than expected

The reason is the appliance came fiver years warranty with parts and labour and you charge for fillter .

The item I had bought - a scarifier - was damaged accidentally in transit. I contacted the company seeking spare parts to replace. I was immediately told that the item was under warranty and could be repaired at no charge. Impressive . Moreover, the item could be collected, repaired and returned at no cost. There was an issue with the courier but this was swiftly dealt with by a phone call and personal service resumed.
The returned item has been delivered.
