American Holidays Omdömen

Fiona went above & beyond to meet my holiday needs. Her colleagues were also very helpful. Great experience.

The process of booking from start to finish was just so simple and the staff I was dealing with (Kirstin) was brilliant, so friendly and so helpful with everything, would highly recommend.

Excellent advice.

Would highly recommend American Holidays, I always book with Orlagh, very friendly and professional 😀

Amanda was very knowledgeable, took her time to look at various options for me, stayed after her shift was over to confirm my booking ( I think a late start tomorrow is in order ) after having spoken to me earlier in the day - her professionalism and customer service are second to none and we will definitely avail of her expertise again.

As regular customers of America Hols were we happy to contact them again to assist us to book our next USA holiday in 2027. As a family member is a wheelchair user we found as always that this was no problem for the staff member Amanda O’Brien who assisted us with booking 2 separate wheelchair assessable rooms in separate hotels and also managing our flight seats, airport assistance et al.

Kristin was very helpful and talked us through our holiday we were thinking out since her conversation we have booked our holiday

Very helpful staff, good prices

W recently booked our family holiday to Orlando through American Holidays, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

A special mention has to go to Audrey, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We changed our plans several times while trying to get everything exactly right, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

Audrey clearly knows her stuff when it comes to Orlando and was able to answer all our questions, explain the different options and give us advice that made the whole booking process much easier.

In the end, Audrey was the reason I chose to book with American Holidays. When you’re spending a significant amount of money on a family holiday, having someone you trust who knows what they’re talking about makes a huge difference.

Excellent customer service and a real credit to American Holidays. I would have no hesitation recommending Audrey and American Holidays to anyone planning a trip to the USA.

Thank you, Audrey, for all your help and im soon we will be in touch again soon

Amanda was brilliant to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable

Paula was the lady I dealt with. Her advice, expertise, accommodation of our needs plus more, was second to none ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was trying to arrange a trip across Canada and none of the packages available had what I was looking for. So I rang American Holidays, whom I have used many times before, and I spoke with Paula and told her exactly what I wanted and she created a bespoke itinerary for me. I even went with all the hotel suggestions she made - which is excellent and it was all booked in a matter of an hour or so. Excellent service

Booking with American Holidays was so easy. Audrey is really helpful, very knowledgeable and experienced. I asked about Mexico 🇲🇽 and Audrey was able to offer 3 options, 2 of which she had personally stayed in and was able to recommend both, one of which we booked. The process was very simple and we are now very much looking forward to going to Mexico 🇲🇽. Thanks Audrey

We booked with Ashling recently and the whole experience was seamless. She was so helpful and professional...can't wait to book our next adventure with her!

Claire was extremely helpful organising our flights and hotels. She called me back when she said she would and answered any queries that I had.

Kristen's patience, competence and professionalism.
