American Holidays Omdömen

Booking with American Holidays was so easy. Audrey is really helpful, very knowledgeable and experienced. I asked about Mexico 🇲🇽 and Audrey was able to offer 3 options, 2 of which she had personally stayed in and was able to recommend both, one of which we booked. The process was very simple and we are now very much looking forward to going to Mexico 🇲🇽. Thanks Audrey

We booked with Ashling recently and the whole experience was seamless. She was so helpful and professional...can't wait to book our next adventure with her!

Claire was extremely helpful organising our flights and hotels. She called me back when she said she would and answered any queries that I had.

Kristen's patience, competence and professionalism.

Booking with american holidays is always a great experience. Audrey was so great to book with and was so efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They have so much knowledge and are up to date with fab hotels and recommendations. I trust their opinion and its still an experience booking with them.

Megan was a fantastic help with great patience also as we had to change dates etc so could not have done it without her - amazing Company wouldn't go anywhere else - thanks to all

Ashling o hara from the very beginning has been extremely helpful and listened to our needs. She put together an excellent package for us.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have booked the National parks holiday from Las Vegas to Denver. The quote is reasonable compared to a similar trip with another company, where the price they advertised online was a lot less than their quote.

Just booked a family trip with Fiona, she couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great service. Claire done an amazing job at arranging my trip to Florida.

We just booked our cruise through American Holidays and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic. Audrey was my first point of contact and her knowledge of the cruise, the cities we will be staying in and everything else in between was just brilliant and so reassuring. The same for Tracey and Sarah when i spoke with them today. It will be our first cruise and it is a big expense so the reassurance from all of the team there was just brilliant. You know instantly they are highly experienced in all areas of booking a trip to the USA and Canada and I have to say after my experience with them for this trip I will be booking all of my future trips with them. Highly recommend.

Tracey was so professional and experienced

Aisling was amazing. She make choosing and booking our trip to New York so easy. She helped me with choosing hotel and gave suggestions on what sights we should see while there. I'd recommend American Holidays Dublin 100%

Great company we booked our familymoon last year and our next american adventure to come.

Megan was very helpful and attentive thank you

I inquired with many Irish travel agencies in regards to booking a cruise and a trip up to Orlando and hands down, Audrey Joyce at American Holidays was the standout. Nobody was able to come near the guidance and expertise that Audrey had! From the minute she called me, she advised around better times to travel in order to get near our budget. Throughout the process, she offered stellar advice from flight times, to activity ideas for our stop in Miami, then recommendations for when on the cruise and again, for Orlando. She didn't oversell, but used her own experiences to tailor our upcoming holiday better. This will be our first time doing a cruise and stay trip, but thanks to Audrey, it will be effortless as she even thought about our hire car and how we realistically only need it to get from Miami to Orlando so booked just a day for us to save on car park fees. Even down to giving us tips on what to bring on the plane for our picky eater! Amazing service! I will say that I went in clueless about planning this sort of trip as it was just an idea that grew around asking the kids what they wanted to do for Christmas this year as we travel abroad each year for it and now it's a reality with 2 very excited kids looking forward to spending Xmas day on the beach!

Booking went excellent Ali from the Belfast Branch looked after our booking and gave us great advice about our up and coming Holiday.
We will be adding extras to the trip and Ali is going to help our experience be memorable.

I rang Ashling with a wish list for a specific holiday and she delivered on everything in the list at a great price.

She listened to all my families needs.

Amazing service and a lovely person.

Ashley was excellent and so knowledgeable, she helped us plan the perfect trip, we can’t wait!

I just had to get in touch to tell you what an absolute gem you have in Megan Fitzgerald.

We recently came home to the most beautiful surprise box and heartfelt note from Megan, thanking us for booking our holidays with her. I was genuinely overwhelmed and could honestly have cried. It was such an incredibly thoughtful, kind and personal gesture — something we never expected.

But what made it even more special was that it perfectly reflects the service Megan gave us throughout the entire booking process. We only booked our holidays through American Holidays because of how fantastic Megan was to deal with. From the very beginning, she listened carefully to everything we wanted, understood exactly what we required, and went above and beyond on both trips to make sure they exceeded what we had hoped for.

She made everything feel personal, effortless and genuinely cared about. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her knowledge, patience and dedication gave us complete confidence in every decision.

Megan is the reason we chose American Holidays, and she is absolutely the reason we will be booking through American Holidays again in the future.

In a world where good customer service can sometimes feel rare, Megan is truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care for her customers are something very special, and you should be incredibly proud to have her representing your company.

Please make sure Megan knows just how much her efforts have meant to us. She is an absolute credit to American Holidays — and without a doubt, an absolute gem. ❤️
