I had a great experience booking a holiday the staff are all lovely especially Emma who booked it all for me thanks so much as usual a great experience in Cassidy travel

I did two reservations in the Middle East ... And later needed to cancel them due to the war that errupted there.
I opened a cancelation ticket and the asistant Caitriona helped me with everything. She transferred my down payment to a new booking and refunded all my money to my account.
Perfect service and Prices.
