American Holidays Omdömen

I just had to get in touch to tell you what an absolute gem you have in Megan Fitzgerald.

We recently came home to the most beautiful surprise box and heartfelt note from Megan, thanking us for booking our holidays with her. I was genuinely overwhelmed and could honestly have cried. It was such an incredibly thoughtful, kind and personal gesture — something we never expected.

But what made it even more special was that it perfectly reflects the service Megan gave us throughout the entire booking process. We only booked our holidays through American Holidays because of how fantastic Megan was to deal with. From the very beginning, she listened carefully to everything we wanted, understood exactly what we required, and went above and beyond on both trips to make sure they exceeded what we had hoped for.

She made everything feel personal, effortless and genuinely cared about. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her knowledge, patience and dedication gave us complete confidence in every decision.

Megan is the reason we chose American Holidays, and she is absolutely the reason we will be booking through American Holidays again in the future.

In a world where good customer service can sometimes feel rare, Megan is truly exceptional. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care for her customers are something very special, and you should be incredibly proud to have her representing your company.

Please make sure Megan knows just how much her efforts have meant to us. She is an absolute credit to American Holidays — and without a doubt, an absolute gem. ❤️

Has is very helpful would definitely recommend American Holidays

I am so delighted that I have American Holidays as my travel agent for the USA. And I was very fortunate to have Ashling O'Hara as our travel planner for two trips, one of which was a slightly complicated request in my view however Ashling's professionalism, experience, patience, knowledge, and dedication to getting the best option for us put my travel party at ease. No request was too much trouble for Ashling who is just brilliant. She put our minds at ease and we are really looking forward to our travels. My advice is always go with the experts and in this case American Holidays who have never let me down.

The ladies in the office were very helpful. Especially Claire.

I only walked in the door to make an enquiry and ended up booking a trip! 😊 Such a great experience from start to finish. Kristin was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process really easy. I am delighted with my booking and would definitely recommend! Thanks.

Ashling was extremely helpful throughout the booking process looking at several different options to find the one which suited us best. She also provided great location tips for the holiday. I feel Ashling went above and beyond to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible and to get us the best holiday she could. We are really looking forward to our trip. Thanks Ashling!
