Faulty freezer but amazing customer…

Faulty freezer but amazing customer service. Got dealt a dud hand and the freezer I received was faulty. Called up and they sorted a replacement within a few days. Offered me a full refund or replacement and the delivery people collected my old one. Really friendly and helpful (even the delivery guys were very friendly, offering to unpack it and everything.
The fact that I was sent a faulty freezer and am leaving a positive review is testament to the customer service. It's reassuring that they fix the issue and didn't make it my problem.

Hard to review a chest freezer but it freezes and the lid stays up by itself so very happy.

So many things wrong.

So many things wrong.
Couldn't find our gas meter which meant we didn't know what we were being charged for months - ending in a huge bill we weren't prepared for. Not for lack of trying. We spent more time on the phone to them than our own family.
They replaced our gas meter and now it hasn't shown a reading for 80+ days so we once again don't know what we're using or will be charged.

Customer service is pretty darn awful especially considering how we pay through the teeth for energy.

Glasses are fine but they allowed me to order a discontinued range and put the onus on me to order a new pair. Was informed of this about a week into my order which caused a delay

We are very sorry that the frame you originally ordered was out of stock. Unfortunately, sometimes frames maybe showing as in stock on the website, however when they come through our system they are not available.

Upon checking your account, we can see that we did contact you three days after the order was placed to inform you of this and asked you to be an alternative frame. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

£25 for an adequate bouquet of flowers. I ordered the 'premium' version and got the same that I'd get for less than half the price in tesco. All arrived fine though - no problems with the service. Just disappointed at the product

Good. Things were delivered quickly. Only problem I have is that I was charged for each individual package despite them arriving in the same box. However the price even with packaging was so so so much better than getting it new so I would recommend to anyone and everyone

Honest

Honest, professional and genuinely care. I would get regular calls on updates on the house we were buying. Sometimes I found certain individuals a bit pushy and as if they didn't appreciate how hard I was trying to get things to go through however upon reflection it was because they were so passionate about achieving a date that their seller wanted.

I dealt with a guy called Daniel who was the model professional empathetic, kind and thoughtful - never pushy but always direct. He was a joy to work with.
