Couldn't find our gas meter which meant we didn't know what we were being charged for months - ending in a huge bill we weren't prepared for. Not for lack of trying. We spent more time on the phone to them than our own family.
They replaced our gas meter and now it hasn't shown a reading for 80+ days so we once again don't know what we're using or will be charged.
Customer service is pretty darn awful especially considering how we pay through the teeth for energy.
