I purchased a microwave and it was well packaged and delivery was next day. It is powerful and looks very good. Ideal size. I am so pleased with my purchase.

The place we bought the new washer is EXCELLENT, Nuneaton Domestics, Steve is very helpful. Delivered at the time he arranged, fitted the new machine without any fuss, took away the old washer, so we didn't have a problem. My wife did a first wash which went to plan. Even though this all took place on Friday 13th.

Excellent product, know more once I've used it for a while.

Microwave arrived promptly and in good condition. Nice to see a manual which makes it simple and easy to operate. Nice and compact.

Good value vented tumble dryer. The only negative I have is that the vent tube is smaller than standard and I had to pack it into the outside vent.

Received the w99 chest freezer dented and scratched. Contacted company and asked for a reduction in price, this was going in a garage so although didn't look good it's only the family seeing it.
I needed a freezer urgently so had to keep it . Company gave a small discount due to the damage.
So issue was resolved.

The small chest freezer is exactly what I was looking for and in black, it can be easily put in the corner of any room. Only problem was the first one arrived damaged as somebody had dropped the package on one end corner during transit. The problem is the polystyrene surrounding the unit is not thick enough to withstand knocks and bumps during transit with delivery companies. Thankfully it was easily exchanged and the replacement arrived undamaged, and is working perfectly and virtually silent.

Service of delivery ordered yesterday and arrived to day so good service , all set up working well at moment so we shall see, I bought this as i looked at reviews and most of them were good so decided to buy it slimline chest freezer

I’ve given this appliance a 4 star because I’ve only had for just over a week now, I live on my own with ADHD and chores and things are a struggle, this appliance has helped me save mess by being a space saver by having a tumble dryer in which means I no longer stress for hours waiting for it to dry, the reason why I gave it a four star is because I was reluctant to getting a washer dryer as many people told me to just be alert and look after it, I haven’t seen any issues so far and I’ve got so much laundry done! And I dedicate every Sunday to clean it out (filter) and run a drum clean cycle and it’s honestly been a gem! The noise is low too! So if it lasts me a long time then so be it I’ll give it a five star but in the realistic world being too early to say or review I’m realistically giving it a four star rating.

Ordered a willow tumble dryer on Sunday and it arrived the following Wednesday.
Lose a star for late delivery but did get a call with a half hour warning of arrival.
It arrived undamaged and the guys brought it in fast, put it where I wanted, took a photo, signature and off they went.
I installed it myself (first time) and working as it should. So easy to install yourself even if you haven't done it before.
Completed the warranty online, I would recommend you clearly state where to find the serial number as I couldn't find it and had to call up to retrieve it. Not a big issue but this information is handy to know where to find if when filling in the warranty information.
The machine is sleak looking, not to noisy and clear how to work it.
Hope it lasts as long as my previous machine

I've had a range cooker from willow only had it 2 years and the element has gone nowhere can get them and willows replacement parts don't sell them apparently complete waste of money

I would like to support British products, and Willow appliances seem to have good reviews. We wanted a washer/dryer and an upright freezer. There are two white models of washer/dryer on their website. They have different model numbers, but there’s no difference apparent on their website. I e-mailed their customer services and asked what the difference was, and what stockists or suppliers were in my area. No response, so I e-mailed again a couple of days later. That was a week ago and, very disappointingly, there has still been no response. It’s like farting down a well and waiting for a splash! I’m still inclined towards their products but, if there was a problem during the warranty period, would I get help?

I purchased through Amazon and the freezer was delivered the very next day. It was well packaged and has no damage on the outside. I used the adjustable feet to make sure it was level and the freezer seems to be working great so far. It fits perfectly into a small space it freezes items very quickly. The freezer is extremely quiet the only sound I hear from it is an occasional click. I had some questions which were not covered in the booklet and emailed the company directly, on a Sunday, I received a reply the first thing Monday morning. I am very happy with my purchase the freezer holds quite a lot yet it is compact.

Bought a dishwasher and emailed willow straight away to say that it wasn’t cleaning the dishes. They emailed me asking …what tablets I use, replied to them ….emailed me again asking….how do I load machine. Emails back and forth with no positive outcome yet!! Engineer came out today to “repair” dishwasher …. I’ve been told it’s a manufacturing fault from the engineer who agreed that the dishes were coming out dirty.
Total waste of money and time !!

Delivery was good, had a phone call an hour before to let me know that they were about an hour away. Very polite men and carried out instructions as to where the freezer was to be placed. I like the look of the freezer and so far works well, I just wish a note on the handbook told you where the serial number plaque is placed. For information, it is on the interior left hand side wall second shelf down. By the way, used my phone camera to take a photo as the numbers are small. Otherwise overall very pleased.

We have had our new larder fridge for 2 weeks and I must say, we are very pleased with it.
The fridge was a reasonable price, it was delivered very quickly, and it does a very good job of keeping our produce cold and fresh.
