We have had our new larder fridge for 2 weeks and I must say, we are very pleased with it.
The fridge was a reasonable price, it was delivered very quickly, and it does a very good job of keeping our produce cold and fresh.

I contacted this company Shark in early December 2021as the powered roller on my NV601Uk vacuum cleaner stopped working. I telephoned the customer services department who, asked me to more or less pull the vacuum cleaner apart, which I did. I was then told the company Shark would get back to me as my efforts didn't achieve anything. The telephone call never happened.
I have sent proof of purchase as it has a 5 year guarantee by post, and email with no response from Shark.
I have been sending emails throughout these 4 months, with nobody actually doing anything at all. The customer service is appalling and their 5 Year guarantee remains worthless. They show no interest in repairing or replacing. I remain without a vacuum cleaner. I have no complaint about the actual cleaner when working. It does a very clean vacuum although a little heavy to use on the stairs. However, if the
Vacuum cleaner only lasts 1 year its very poor value for money. I advise anyone thinking of buying a vacuum cleaner from Shark to read my review highlighting the battle I've had with this company.

I needed a bulb for my fridge which I couldn't buy locally. Although I thought the price of the bulb could have been cheaper (it was double the price of my local store) The service and speedy delivery made up for the cost of it.
