Clear concise information about a power outage…. cause and attempted solution with an estimate of time duration. Similarly when power restored a text enquiring whether my power was back on. Can’t fault the service.

Third delivery by this company. Today’s was another trouble free experience. General 3 hour time slot with a follow up phone call when 5 minutes away. Drivers were courteous and took care entering and leaving the property. All done in 5 minutes, if that, can’t ask for more!

Given a 3 hour delivery window. Easy to track progress on the link given. WhatsApp to give an estimated delivery time then a phone call from the drivers when 5 minutes away. Had followed their requests, nothing onerous just be in and have route through the house clear. Drivers were cheerful, removed their shoes as it was wet outside and delivered the package to the required room. Picked up the mattress to be removed and left. All done in less than 5 minutes. No drama, can’t ask for much more really!

Well packaged and delivered in good time. The night briquettes certainly work well. Two on top of an established bed of embers keep the burner ticking over for 6- 8 hours.

Delivery within the notified time frame. Drivers courteous and professional. As always with these things it’s the personal interaction that makes the difference.
