I purchased through Amazon and the freezer was delivered the very next day. It was well packaged and has no damage on the outside. I used the adjustable feet to make sure it was level and the freezer seems to be working great so far. It fits perfectly into a small space it freezes items very quickly. The freezer is extremely quiet the only sound I hear from it is an occasional click. I had some questions which were not covered in the booklet and emailed the company directly, on a Sunday, I received a reply the first thing Monday morning. I am very happy with my purchase the freezer holds quite a lot yet it is compact.

The coaches are very comfortable and clean and it made the journey seem to go by fast. They provide free WiFi and the ability to charge your phone. The drivers are friendly, helpful and professional. Booking a ticket was easy with a good timetable to choose from. I arrived at my destination feeling relaxed and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

I ordered online from the US, late on Thursday for mother's day. The confirmation said it would be delivered on Saturday, which surprised me as it was going to the Channel Islands. It was actually held up at the Royal Mail hub over the weekend and was delivered on Tuesday morning. Considering how late I put my order in, that it was the weekend, and the fact that it was going all the way to Jersey I have no complaints. (People need to have more patience) The communication with Hotel Chocolat was great! And the chocolates are wonderful and worth waiting for! I will definitely order from them again! The recipient was delighted and got an extra day of treats!
