We’re pleased you recognised that we processed your order quickly that’s exactly what we aim to do. As you placed your order on a Sunday, it was booked in promptly for dispatch on the third working day, in line with the delivery timeframe clearly advertised.
Your cancellation request was received after the order had already been processed and scheduled, which is why a cancellation charge applies. This is not something we have invented for the occasion — it is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions at the time of purchase and applies to all customers equally.
While we appreciate that sometimes people change their minds after ordering, unfortunately the timing of the request does matter. Once work has already been carried out to process and schedule an order, there are costs involved.
We also understand frustration, but refusing to pay a charge does not remove the terms agreed to when placing the order.
If you would still like to resolve the matter sensibly, our team remains available to assist.
