Ordered 3 roof sheets pack 60mm teck screws and caps after paying i was emailed to say I had to pay extra 60 pound. Ordered arrived 2 weeks later but teck screws were missing. I emailed the company they said they would refund then emailed to say they were sent so I cant have my money back. Which is disgusting I had by more screws from screw fix. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY OR THE OTHER 2 THEY HAVE. THERE THIEVES!!!

Extremely negative experience with Insulation4less and their customer service regarding an order.

Receiving part of my order was a complete failure from start to finish. The items (split delivery of my order for some reason) were delayed for multiple days, causing significant disruption and forcing me to reschedule work on-site.

My initial attempts to get a clear update were met with repeated generic apologies and vague assurances that the issue was "being looked into," with no concrete information provided for days. This unacceptable lack of clarity and action is particularly frustrating when trying to reschedule work.

The only way to force a resolution was to threaten with an official request to cancel the order and to pursue a Section 75 credit card claim and report the matter to Trading Standards. It was only after this ultimatum that a replacement delivery was finally arranged.

Even then, the communication was poor: a tracking number was provided, but the name of the courier was withheld, requiring yet more waste of time.

The entire episode wasted my time, disrupted my business operations, and demonstrated a severe breakdown in communication and accountability.

I would strongly caution any professional or business against relying on Insulation4less for their timely supply needs.

P.S. Be warned, customer service is an AI! I was at the mercy of customer service to actually talk to a human if they bother to call if AI couldn't help.

What an amazing service. Siobhan and the team made sure i got the best price, and were friendly throughout.
The delivery from the Carlisle depot was fantastic, with the driver turning his 8 wheeler in the tightest spot. Can fault anything, and will defo use again. Thanks folks.

This is my second order of celetex insulated plasterboard which I stipulated on my order.The good points are order process good, competitive price and delivery time stated spot on.
The bad points are you can't order single sheets of thinner insulation for window/ door reveals. The delivery drivers will not help you to take sheets into a building,even when parked directly outside. The first time a lady driver did help me to put them inside my garage. This time a man refused to help me to carry the sheets into my hallway even though he parked directly outside within 3 metres. I'm 75 and reasonable fit but still struggled to carry the sheets on my own,hence no offer of tea or coffee.
Although I ordered Celetex Pl4050 I received Sopratherm ( didn't notice until later). After googling Sopratherm it says they took over Celetex and the product is of similar quality etc, however they haven't got the confidence to put there brand name on the sheets like Celetex and no nice red straight lines either?
I can't help but feel a bit let down this time, various companies including Insulation4less are still advertising the Celetex brand.

Let’s start of with the positives cost wise comparable with anyone I found in the market web page easy to navigate placement of order easy notification of order was speedy
I made a specific request due to our requirements and made it clear that if this could be adhered to I would simply take the order elsewhere anyway told no problem in recorded email this was around a specific delivery requirement day prior to delivery I call in to ensure everything is in place told yes day of delivery door bell goes no one’s home as they had not followed delivery instructions next phone goes you have 15 minutes to get here no choice but to adhere wife has to leave her business to adhere
I get pictures of delivery and notice they have under delivered the order and can you get the missing items back to me same day no as we cannot get hold of transport next day I call 3 times still transport cannot be contacted then I get a email saying everything has been dropped as per my order (correct quantity) I explained unfortunately for them I have cctv of the moment they arrived until when they went plus a picture of the delivered items next day nothing I have to go out and buy outstanding items at additional time and costs Monday comes we have made a mistake we have not delivered everything we can drop today I tell them don’t bother already purchased outstanding items there resolution is to offer me a pittance as compensation saying it’s the delivery companies issue two things if I had not had cctv I would have nothing back watch them check and double check I could go on and on the small claims will sort this out

I recently purchased a quantity of 130mm insulation sheets from Insulation4Less Ltd.
Emmet was very helpful and kept me updated through out the transaction.
professional with a great price and delivery schedule, on time.
With all this in mind, I will certainly be using them again.

I ordered insulation boards from this company after being clearly told that orders placed before 11am would be delivered the next day if I paid an £80 delivery charge. I placed my order at 10am and paid the extra fee.
The delivery did not arrive the next day. I had builders on site who were paid but unable to work. After calling the company, I was told they were checking with the depot and that delivery would arrive by the end of the day. It did not.
The same thing happened on day two — no delivery and more money lost in labour costs. On day three, I was told the order would be dispatched within 90 minutes. Once again, nothing arrived.
The delivery finally arrived six days later. Even the delivery driver was surprised, stating the depot is very close to my property.
When I later needed to return boards (which I accept was my error), I was informed I had to buy replacements first and then request a return. Two days later I was told the return would only be accepted with a 20% restocking fee, and I would also need to pay return delivery.
In total, I spent over £500 on materials and incurred additional costs paying builders for several days due to the company’s failure to meet its delivery promise. I requested compensation and received no response.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Siobhan was so helpful and gave the cheapest price online delivering a quality product. Have used this company twice without any issues and would highly recommend

All amendments were completed within minutes, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer.

Really great service received! I forgot to select next day delivery and called and spoke to Siobhan at 4pm and she still managed to arrange this for delivery the next day. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

Who would have though ordering insulation would be such a headache? Most companies cannot guarantee the brand of insulation and supply whatever they have for that spec, we wanted Celotex. Thankfully Insulation4less actual do supply the brand we wanted and at a very good price. Celotex ordered; Celotex delivered. Simples. Will use again

Made the order online but telephoned to query delivery date, gentleman on the phone (sorry didn't get his name, had an Irish accent) was super helpful, materials delivered 3 days later as promised, top class service

I shopped around to get the best price as PIR can be expensive in big quantities. Insulation4Less were the cheapest, included free and fast delivery due to the order size, courier was really helpful unloading the delivery. I'll be using them again for big order before the year is finished, thoroughly recommended.

Genuine Celotex insulation boards arrived the next day, cheapest online for the boards, delivery was the main price but still less overall than elsewhere. I asked for next day delivery which arrived in a City Sprint van so no worries about "could be a 26 ton lorry". The only confusing thing was the checkout which didn't offer next day (although the website said it was eligible). I asked the AI phone bot to transfer me to a real person, who sorted it out with an email link to pay the next day surcharge done over the phone. However due to the speed of delivery, price, genuine materials and (eventually) a v helpful real person Shirley Moloney, I have given 5*

Customer service was fabulous when arranging delivery. The price was brilliant. The delivery driver was very helpful.

Ordered a consignment of cellotex from Insulation4less and had need to modify my order. Siobhan, calmly, professionally & efficiently dealt with my order revisions (and with the most wonderful Irish acent, one could listening to all day and never tire of!)
