Order placed for Rockwool RWA45 on a Saturday evening, and delivery was done Wednesday. The pallet was well packed and all batts were undamaged and dry. Recommended.

I needed some additional Mila door handles, but the colour has been discontinued. Door Handle Company were one of the few companies showing them in stock, and they've arrived, sealed in original Mila packaging and as described. Delivery was a little slow (8 working days instead of 5), but acceptable, and I expected some delays based on the update on their Facebook page.

I have been using Scan Computers for over 15 years, first discovering them through a forum where free shipping was being offered to its members.

In all these years, I have never had a bad order experience - items are always very well packaged with decent amounts of bubble wrap. Regular updates emailed at each stage of the order process from payment through to picking, packing and dispatch.

Prices are generally competitive, and even if they're a few £ more than Amazon, it's still worth going with Scan, because you know the items are going to adequately packaged, rather than thrown in a box. This is especially true for things like hard drives.

Their current courier, DPD, gives an estimate within 1 hour of when delivery will occur.

Scan are definitely what I would class in the top-tier of UK computer/tech suppliers. There are a couple of others who I am similarly pleased with, but Scan are my go-to most of the time. Any of them are miles ahead of Amazon.

4 days running of failed collection. Tracking information doesn't remotely match reality. The Hermes website points out that you can "conveniently" drop missed collections off at a shop - that's all well and good, except for the fact that Hermes charge extra for collection. Never again.
