the ability to pick a specific delivery date is such a bonus when ordering products for a particular job at a particular time - can order in advance & know delivery date with surety. Free delivery for larger orders also a plus.. Makes Trade Insulations even more competative.

ordered on 29th March delivered 24th April. With no comms in between on when the delivery would be. 1st I knew as 6pm the night before so had I not been in / able to take delivery at 07.30 next morning no idea how I would have been able to re-arrange.
Had lots of items delivered I assume its all here but no paperwork came with it to check anything off against. Very poor for what is labelled up as a premium quality supplier. (ordered paving the same day it came in 4 working days & I was able to check it on delivery, so some suppliers can mange it)
