Paige was extremely helpful, thank you and the service from Zero deposit has always been good. As a landlord though I worry about the process, and feel that tenants who deposit money into a scheme have more skin in the game. Our rental was trashed and they are not communicating with zero-deposit so will see what happens...

I can see that you accepted the claim in full, and as such the claim was closed and the recovery process started. As part of the wider claim process you would have been given an opportunity to upload any evidence you had to dispute the claim, which could have potentially seen the claim amount reduced.

Poor customer service slow to respond…
Poor customer service slow to respond until they wanted money from me then hassled non stop by phone, text and email
Really poor excuses for the messages and they were sent from a named person so dispute the claim made below
