Poor service, communication and lack of sympathy
Constant notifications to pay an already paid reposit, no communication to find out what caused the confusion. No attempt to get in touch with me to discuss why they think I haven't paid the reposit. We logged a receipt with customer service and they said they'd be back with an update in up to 4 days but it took 10. This is not the first time I've been pestered with messages to pay the fee after having paid it.

Despite an agreement with my letting agent on when the reposit would be paid, you kept sending multiple messages a day saying we were going to be made to pay a full deposit and potentially not move in. We agreed things with our agent and your messages created unnecessary uncertainty. And also being contacted by other people about our utility bills on a daily basis despite us already having plans in place. We didn't ask for help on this either.
