Zebra earns its stripes
I'm an experienced guitar-gear addict having bought guitars, amps and effects for over 40 years.
The quality of service I received from Ilkeston-based Zebra Music was exemplary; the best I've ever experienced with a UK guitar store.
Firstly, I was able to strike a great deal for a PRS speaker cabinet. Rob at Zebra could not have been more communicative with frequent updates. And the item arrived next day!
Zebra Music is worthy of more than 5 stars and should be supported by the UK guitar community.

Acoustic set up.
Having just bought a PRS from these guys I took my acoustic in for a set up. Picked it up a few days later and all good, new strings and neck adjustment.
Great place and very likeable people.
Sure I’ll be back again soon.

Staff are always welcoming
Staff are always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell.
The fact that the young man that was at the store at the time took the time to demonstrate the product I was interested in buying meant a lot, thank you. My husband loves the Nux amplifier, it’s small but very powerful

One thing you don't often see in this day and age is a nice personal, hand written message on the invoice, from the owner, thanking me for my purchase, and hoping I will enjoy my new guitar! I certainly am!

Astonishingly good service from Zebra Muzik!
Excellent customer service from start to finish; it's quite a daunting prospect buying a guitar that I hadn't tried out first, but Rob's communication was very reassuring. I appreciate how much trouble was taken to answer my questions and accommodate my request, and the guitar was dispatched quickly and packed very securely. A massive 'thanks' to Rob and Zebra Muzik for being so helpful and efficient. Superb guitar too, by the way!
