A lovingly crafted tool, packaged in a way you don't see anymore—in a wonderful little wooden protective box, secured with a small rubber band. All I can say is, unbelievable! Keep it up and show the world that even today, things can still be done the way they should always have been.

Chris makes excellent quality tools that are well thought out and last well. The service is always quick and most items come with a couple of thoughtful extras that you’re not necessarily expecting (fret protectors and those little gummy rubber things for cleaning files and sandpaper etc). I will keep returning for more bits and pieces whenever I need them.

I highly recommend these luthier tools, they are very well thought out and very easy and tactile to use. They are made in the UK, using natural materials where possible. Each tool comes with instructions, tips and extras to help you. For example, the diamond fret crowning files come with a fingerboard shield, a book of various grade sandpapers and a gummy thing to keep the diamond surface clean. My last order arrived tracked the next day, thanks guys.

This is the second bone bridge saddle I have bought. The difference to the guitar’s tone when I replaced the cheap horrible plastic one was remarkable.
I’ve bought a second one because my son wants me to lower the action and I want a backup in case I mess it up (unlikely).
