My second order from Chris Alsop. The files are exceptionally well made, robust and easy to use, the neck rest and other items are equally well produced. I like the brief notes given with each item explaining usage and care and maintenance. Delivery was tracked and swift. If only the big corporations and companies would take a leaf out of small businesses like this one in quality of product and customer service. Highly recommended.

For a start, a British company and decent quality that is designed for the job with experience. Fast delivery and no problems at an excellent price, considering so much for sale from the far east is really poor quality.

This is my second batch of tools that I have purchased from ChrisAlsop. I have just purchased the Diamond Fret Crowning File, Beech Handle. which has exchangable heads. Its fantastic. I also own the Fret Dressing File with Beech Handle, the Guitar Neck Rest. / Neck Caul. Cork Lined. 240mm with adjustable height slide. straight edge, fret dressing beam, action setter... I am very very pleased with them. I play various instruments but mainly guitar and bass and with Chris's tools and advice I have become good enough for my needs setting up my instruments. I feel these tools are really well made, good value and compete well with other brands. If you have any doubts about buying these tools please don't. As long as you have thought through your purchase and know your need, then I dont think you will be disappointed

A perfect fit saddle for my classical guitar. A little pricey but then again you get what you pay for. Don't bother going the cheap route, get it right first time with Chris Alsop bridges and saddles.
