The way to pay safely on line and the delivery. The delivery man, he was so kind, bringing in boxes, helping me to unpack and then setting up both the stand and digitable piano. Thank you. I was a bit concerned about the sustain pedal. It worked once then it didn't. Having switched the piano off for a while it is working again, yet misses the first few notes. I'm hoping it will settle. As I'm learning to play the piano, I've not grasped everything on the keyboard yet. However, yes I love my new digital piano.

I was seeking a specific style of headless guitar and Fair Deal Music had a good variety, including one that looked suitable at a decent price so I ordered a SQOE. I was very impressed at how quickly it was dispatched and I received it the next day, well packaged (double boxed).Including were a good soft case, toolkit, strap and cable. Full marks for my first online guitar purchase.

Helpful staff with quick and good service

I was made a fair offer for my trade in item. I tried the item I'd gone to see but it didn't meet my expectations. I was offered various alternatives of which one was very good. The whole process was fast, friendly and problem free.

Wanting a mic stand for my sax. Phoned up got sound advice - purchased advised stand which came within 48 hours.
