Wanting a mic stand for my sax. Phoned up got sound advice - purchased advised stand which came within 48 hours.
Will be going back when I need something that I have knowledge of.

Very pleasant staff. Never felt pressured to buy. No problem in being allowed to try the guitars. A wide range of instruments. Good price range.

Brought my ukulele in to have a strap button placed and was immediately helped by Smithy who sorted it quickly and safely. He also sorted an issue I was having with one of the frets and I was blown away by his expertise and helpfulness.

I bought a neat looking strap while in store as well. So happy with the service, will definitely come back for any future help I need for my ukulele.

Tried to barter for a bit off as another was on sale near price.
Got told “I’ll throw in some goodies” - cheapest lead and cheapest strap available. Shame as I was pleased with the guitar but felt a bit annoyed at the crapness of the “freebies” - they’re that crsp you couldn’t even sell them on on eBay!😂

Really pleased with the Blackstar debut 100 amp I bought, not so happy with the DHL delivery driver who literally dropped the box on my doorstep (I heard it bang on the floor) and then threw the box into my porch as I opened the door... "Handle with care" printed in large letters on the outside of the box.

First visit to the new shop located in Birmingham centre. Easy to find. Shop has an impressive range. Spoke to a very knowledgeable assistant about eurorack as I needed to buy a pair of monitor speakers. Happy with the purchase.
