Zebra Music Omdömen

Zebra Muzik were very welcoming and helpful. It was a very down to earth experience and I appreciated their support with my purchase. The guitar I've bought from them is simply beautiful and I'm delighted with it.

Great customer service! Ordered my guitar and received the item very quickly! Well packed, and it arrived safely!
One thing you don't often see in this day and age is a nice personal, hand written message on the invoice, from the owner, thanking me for my purchase, and hoping I will enjoy my new guitar! I certainly am!
A very nice touch!

Great company, speedy delivery. Really happy with my purchase will definitely use again!

Great product at a good price and very quick shipping.

After emailing a couple of times, I felt assured that the guitar I wanted to purchase was not only what I was looking for, but that I would receive it fully set up and ready to go. I wasn’t disappointed with my purchase, nor the service received. I would highly recommend Zebra Muzik.

Excellent customer service from start to finish; it's quite a daunting prospect buying a guitar that I hadn't tried out first, but Rob's communication was very reassuring. I appreciate how much trouble was taken to answer my questions and accommodate my request, and the guitar was dispatched quickly and packed very securely. A massive 'thanks' to Rob and Zebra Muzik for being so helpful and efficient. Superb guitar too, by the way!

We were looking for a child's guitar for our grandson, found exactly what we were looking for, a starter kit which included a case, a strap and a stand, perfect.

Found exactly what I was looking for, great price and quickly delivered
Thank

Great and friendly staff. Store is a little tired from the outside, but great on the inside where it counts. Good layout and stock.

I will be buying more guitar gear from these guys innthe future

Excellent customer service, like shopping in a small local shop, but online!

Great service and knowledge and great family atmosphere for the guitar buyer, welcome change to online shopping

I was searching for a keenly priced PRS McCarty 594, specifically in vintage cherry. Found what I was looking for at Zebra Muzik. From the conversation I had they seem to stock quite a range of PRS guitars. They were very friendly, polite and helpful from the beginning of my enquiry through to a rapid delivery. A seamless transaction. They might be a small independent company but their pricing and customer service are A1. Others should take note! Thank you, Zebra Muzik!

Fantastic experience buying from Zebra Musik. I called them for advice before my purchase and they were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone.

Delivery was free and incredibly quick. Zebra Musik also had by far the best price online for the item I ordered.

When receiving my order there was even a hand written note referencing some of what we chatted about over the phone alongside a free pen and some stickers! This was a really nice touch. Great guys, great service. I will use Zebra Musik again.

I recently bought a guitar from Zebra Muzik. I was not planning on buying one, was just enjoying the opportunity to try out a few different guitars while in store, I was encouraged to try out whichever guitars I liked the look of. The person at the desk was very friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had about the instruments, which helped encourage me to purchase a very nice second-hand guitar. Overall was a very pleasant experience and will happily return for my future guitar-related purchases & servicing requirements.

Superb service, super fast delivery and the guitar played well straight out of the box, so they had clearly taken the time to set it up correctly before sending it too. 100%

Amazing customer service and gear

Excellent service, they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing advice on what they need.

Amazing service always 10/10 conversations with the guys in there!

Very communicative, personable and professional service received. Guitar was competitively priced, set up well in advance and swiftly delivered. Recommended.

This is such a wonderful family run business. I ordered a guitar from them 2 weeks ago and it arrived quickly and securely packaged. They were quick to respond in email and even gave the guitar an inspection and setup before dispatching it. Independent music stores like this are what we need more of in comparison to the bigger brands. I'll definitely consider supporting them next time I need equipment!
