I got the dispatch message fairly quickly after I placed my order but then there wasn't any movement for days. I contacted the company to cancel as I had meanwhile ordered from a different seller. I got no response at all but suddenly the consignment had been handed to the courier. Also I paid the premium for Saturday delivery option as I needed the item quite urgently. This has been completely ignored. I bet if I hadn't sent them my cancellation request my parcel would still sit with them without any movement.

Excellent customer service along with speedy delivery. The disability badge holder is of a well stitched quality leather. It is a perfect fit for the uk badge and has a timer incorporated within the holder at a very reasonable price. I can definitely recommend this holder. Thank you

It took a long time for the camode to arrive but after I complained they sent it , but then it had a part missing which they sent after I made them aware of it .

A return at my own cost had to be chased up for a refund. Customer service phone line cuts you off but if you are lucky to get through you are met with a friendly advisor. Support via email is very slow, I won’t be using this company again.

It took ages to be delivered and the wrong amount of items were sent

Ended up waiting 2 months for our order. This should have been mentioned when we first ordered.

My husband is struggling to walk which is why I ordered the walker. He had tried one with wheels at the front and back but that was not successful as he couldn't think quickly enough to use the brake. Hopefully he will get used to using this one. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the customer service was so bad. After initially receiving confirmation I heard nothing for weeks. Tried ringing but couldn't get through. Sent an email, no reply for 2 days, then tried ringing again and eventually got through and spoke to a helpful lady who told me they had been out of stock for some time but we would receive it the following week. It eventually arrived 2 weeks later, but not until I had gone through the worry that I had been scammed. All it would have taken was an email to inform me of the delay and kept me informed about my order, instead of that I had weeks of unnecessary worry

The item turned up 3 months after I ordered it shocking and no reply from seller

Ordered a lightweight walking frame to take in the car but waited several weeks and the order didn’t arrive. Tried to make contact by phone but my message wasn’t passed on. I then emailed and received a response to say the frame would be posted out. The product is fine but the delay wasn’t good.

The bean bag under the tray won't attach properly. The Velcro is inadequate. Useless design. Very disappointed.

Would not buy from them again ,i paid £7 for next day delivery ,i didnt get them next day ,i tried speaking to them regarding it but only to be ignored ,prouduct was as expected but the next day delivery option its possible so dont waste any money picking it

I thought it would be a better quality. The sticker backs keep coming off the tray

I made an order with another company for some crutches, and emailed them to request if they could be dispatched ASAP, only to then find out they weren't in stock.

I found the same crutches at Your Essential Shop for the same price, everywhere else was £20/30 more. I called them, ask if they did indeed have them in stock and if same day dispatch was possible. The person on the phone said they'd try their best if I made the order promptly.

I ordered at 14:59 and they were shipped out same day, with me be 1pm the next day.
