Nothing really to say bad about this…
Nothing really to say bad about this company. Shopping for a set of crutches was easy enough. Price wasn’t too bad, I suppose. Everything is expensive nowadays. Delivery to NI probably takes a day or two longer than it would on the mainland but, again, it’s not a great difference. Overall, I got what I ordered, in a reasonable time and in good condition. What more can you want?

Purchased on a Monday supposed to be 3-5 working days, chased up 1 week later and item was finally delivered on the Thursday. No communication whatsoever.

Good delivery time, product ideal for my needs and priced well. Pick your colour is a nice touch. Easy to put together. The rubber foot is quite large so it lifts crutch quite high, good for tall people. Overall a tidy product.

Do not use this shop
Ordered a pair of crutches. No communication with regards to delivery. Tried to contact the company via phone to get an update on multiple times, calls were always cut off and rejected. Tried to contact them via contact form on website and by email. No replies to anything.
Have now requested a refund via another email. Not holding my breath.
Buyers beware.

It was a site i had never heard of…
It was a site i had never heard of before but the item i was looking for was a third of the price I had seen elsewhere. I had a phonecall from a lady to say my order was being sent out next day as I was worried and WOW the item was more than I was expecting and came next day. I will from now in be using this company from my usual. Thankyou so much!
