To be honest when I called them I was a bit nervous but the way how they spoke to me was really kind and helpful and they solved my problem straight away really I appreciate their help thank you

I had an issue with an extremely high increment on my monthly direct debit, upon challenging it they sent out an engineer to check if there were issues in and around my property. I had a visit today Thursday 17th September by Ian Cadwallander from Yorkshire Water who checked everything from leaks both internal and external and also advised me on problems if they arise what actions I should take. I have to say I was dreading the appointment incase there was something that was majorly wrong, but there wasnt'. Ian was such a genuine and reassuring person who was informative and extremely polite. Its a pity there weren't a few more people like him who care about people and don't just fob you off. I now know where my stop Tap is and that I have had a new meter fitted, which I wasnt aware of. Ian is such an asset to Yorkshire Water and I felt I needed to share that.

For a large organisation I surprisingly got through fairly quickly and the staff spoke very clear English and answered all my questions and beyond patiently.
