We realised that the drains were blocked and that the problem was with one of our neighbours
We contacted Thames Water at 10:54 on Sunday and received a text at 01:08 Monday morning to say that the blockage had been cleared

Seriously, that is fabulous service!

Staff was very helpful and I can't thank them enough.

Thames Water charges high prices while delivering very little value. Many customers see it as a company that has lost accountability, offering poor service and rising bills with no clear improvement. Do not ask for my personal details.

Very very good. He did an excellent job clearing out the blocked pipe and he did it so quickly.

I reported my blockage on Sunday to a very helpful man called Harry. Today Farooq came and cleared the blockage. He was very polite. Called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He made sure everything was kept safe while he worked and left the place clean and tidy. Very good experience.

I reported a blockage and Thames water came within 2/3 hours.
Johnny was on site on time and quickly found the resolved the issue.
He also fixed the problem for the downstairs flat who also raise separately the blockage.

Guy's knew what they were doing. Cleared the blockage - actually bothered to use the water jets. Also scraped out the drain seating so cover was now flush.

Farooq arrived today, set himself up, very professional. Was calm and kind from the start. Managed a stressful situation for us and managed to fix the problem very quickly and tidily. His chilled nature definitely helped de escalate our stressful time.

Engineer Ben W arrived at our property at midnight we found him polite and very approachable.
The work he carried out was 10/10, he got on with the task ahead of him leaving my husband and I very relieved.
Ben W is a credit to the company he works for, nice guy with loads of knowledge and doesn’t mess about.

Martin, the Thames Water engineer who visited, was excellent. Knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions as well as professional, diligent and tidy.

So a young man called Joe visited my property today 110 uplands wgc and I just want to say what a lovely helpful polite man told me everything he did and said if it happens again don’t hesitate to call them again

Speedy service on a Sunday! Got through on the phones quickly and an engineer came later same day. Cleared blockage and fixed the issue now all our drains working as normal.
