Jack McDermott and Ben Tominski attended a leak 14280428. They arrived promptly, quickly assessed the damage to figure out where the likely issue may be and fixed the problem with no complaints or worries. Advising on steps regarding the damage to our property.
On the whole very pleased with the way they went about it.

We had a visit today from John Field from Severn Trent. John introduced himself, explained the purpose of his visit and asked if it was convenient for him to carry out the inspection of both the push fit NRV on our property.
He explained the process and carried out the inspection. His work was tidy and there was no clearing up for us to do.
He provided us with an update and reassurance. He has knowledge of the local area water issues and this is important residents. He was polite, courteous and professional.

Jimmy brown was extremely helpful and has great knowledge of the area and gave me good advice about the supply

I reported a drainage blockage around 9am on 21/4/26 in Kirkby in Ashfield, job no 142 802 11, an operative named John Bingley arrived at 5.40pm exactly 20 mins after calling to say he was on his way. When he arrived he set about locating the blockage and then clearing it with the jetter, He replaced the 2 manhole covers and cleaned up all within the hour. Anthony came and visited our property to diagnose a leak around our water meter. He was very professional and kept us thoroughly informed on what he would do and what the follow up steps are likely to be. Excellent service and a great experience.

Just had a a visit from Damian Davey re job ref 14280921 regarding a mysterious puddle continuing to form on the boundary of our drive and pavement. Ash, job number 14280698, was brilliant, he resolved our problem promptly and explained thoroughly to our site staff what we can do to prevent this happening again. I was not on site but Ash telephoned me when the job was complete.

Garry was very professional and called to let me know he was on his way and would be around 10-15 mins. This was great. Gave me time to get a quick kettle fill. When he arrived we discussed the issue as we believed it and he went out and did a few tests. Following Garrys assessment he said we needed a Gas flow test which he quickly organised for us the following week.

Once I'd found a phone number for the company everyone was very helpful & efficient. Joshua Bobbin (job 14279151) who came out was great - he did a thorough check & was very reassuring that all is now well & that if we have any future concerns just to call. Like others have said, I wish all contractors were this helpful, friendly & considerate
