I spoke with Mollie from Yorkshire housing, this is my first experience talking with someone from the team & I can say it was great from start to finish she was really helpful & answered my questions with a fast response. I would recommend them 100%..

As a long serving customer of Yorkshire Housing I can honestly say I’ve always received kind and helpful support for whatever issues I have had to contact the repair team with. They have and still are helpful and can sort out issues efficiently and go above and beyond. thank you Sarah R for today as you did go above and beyond thank you so much.

We got the news weve been waiting for a new house for the new year amazing made our day Mia who we talked to was amazing and so lovely the company is great and straight forward no messing around and we are now so happy to be starting a new life in a new home

Just want to thank, Abid. Customer experience Advisor, for his professional manner, patients and understanding, in resolving a number of issue, in a very understanding and fair, manner.Due to the situation, I felt Abid, was fair and Yorkshire Housing were also fair, in resolving the issues in question.Im also greatful to Abid, and his colleagues, in their fast responce, in arranging to Finnish some works in my home,given, its the christmas period,also to be done in early January, 2026,of which im grateful to Abid, and Yorkshire housing, for their professional and caring attitude, given what had happened.But im glad this has been resolved in a very timely manner and in a a fair and respectful way.I would just also like to say,that all the Yorkshire housing staff. Ive spoken to over the past two years for differant reasons over the telephone, have all alway been kind and patient with me given my health issues and polite and professional.and I just want to wish every body at yorkshire housing a happy new year. Abid Hussain went out of his way to help me after I had 2 non show repairs in the same afternoon lovely man.

Ellie Moxon from Yorkshire housing dealt with me other the past couple days, she’s very lovely and helpful. Very grateful for this opportunity and I thank her for it. Very well mannered

5-stars for Abid from Customer Experience - I was really impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism when I called today. I felt listened to, which hasn't always been the case when calling YH.

5-stars also for Lorenje from Home Ownership, who is the only person to have answered my emails and passed on my request to the relevant team. Again, I have been impressed with her understanding of my frustrations.

1-star only for YH as a whole for the handling of my daughter's current problem, which has been on-going for over 2 months without resolution. It feels as though the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing!

I had a few queries regarding on going repairs needing to be completed.I spoke to a call handler called Abid,who was excellent.We were on the phone for just short of an hour.In that time Abid went through every detail with me for my queries,to so I understood everything I needed to know.I cannot rate Abid highly enough doing his job.This young man went over and above to do his job.I am 100% happy with all the help he gave me today.Thankyou so much young man.

I was disappointed when the pre - booked appointment was not kept and I was not contacted with an explanation. I called the Help Desk and spoke to Abid who was extremely helpful, patient and professional. Based solely on his performance I am happy to give 5 stars. I feel that he went out of his way to organise 2 new appointments on my behalf, and also surprised me with the offer of compensation for the earlier inconvenience.

Just got off the phone with Caroline at Yorkshire Housing, she has helped me with organising my payments and all questions. I found her really easy to talk to and friendly which is always nice! I've found all the customer service team to be as such, also, I appreciate how acceptable the service is, so thanks again. All the best. :)
