Great Service
It was my first time using this service and I was lucky enough to have Charlie answer my call. He was fantastic. He was able to provide all the info I needed, knew his stuff and explained everything very well, but most importantly he had an exceptionally reassuring and understanding manner. I didn't know what to expect but was genuinely very impressed indeed!

Customer service is always very good…
Customer service is always very good from WPA with multiple communication channels. Queries are resolved in a timely fashion and resolved by real people rather than chat bots. My particular experience of late has been very positive, with Ellie and Libby both providing a helpful, friendly service to resolve a query I had.

new policy
We took out our company policy with WPA just over a year ago. Jon Goss set everything up for us and we were very pleased with how he explained everything. We have had to use the service a couple of time since joining and have been very impressed with the process. We have recommended WPA to some of our friends who have been equally impressed with the service
