Customer service is always very good from WPA with multiple communication channels. Queries are resolved in a timely fashion and resolved by real people rather than chat bots. My particular experience of late has been very positive, with Ellie and Libby both providing a helpful, friendly service to resolve a query I had.

Very professional and helpful got to the bottom of the issue I was having.

We took out our company policy with WPA just over a year ago. Jon Goss set everything up for us and we were very pleased with how he explained everything. Lucy was very clear supportive and understanding throughout my conversation with her. I found it much easier than using the app which needs making more intuitive, it is difficult to navigate and locate things (in my opinion). The process during the phone call and afterwards was perfect.
