Ordered 4 plug plants, came when they said they would and in good condition - and they threw in some free feed and a whole free plant too! Would definitely use again.

Like many others I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered seeds at the beginning of January and have heard nothing despite emailing them. I will now be seeking to claim my money back.

Update: After emailing the company again I heard back from them the same day - they sent the seeds along with some other free seeds as way of an apology.

Ordered at beginning of Jan and still not received anything. Have emailed twice and have had no response- Certainly not a way to run a business!! - UPDATE I received an email from the company apologising and advising me that they had previously been sent. They arranged to send again along with some additional seeds by way of an apology and I received them all the following day.

Used them in the past - they were great. Did not bother checking reviews before using them again as previous experience was good. Wish I had. I hope this is a temporary situation but it looks like this company has given up on it's customers. Will seek refund after multiple requests for updates have gone unanswered.

Wish I had read this review also. Hope it is just getting the priorities wrong.... I.e fantastic photos poor customer service. So far I have not received any response to my emails chasing my order.

I also wish I had read review and taken notice of an unanswered message. Goods did not arrive and no reply to any email message or Facebook Messenger. Put in a complaint to MasterCard who indicate they will refund my payment temporarily until the vendor replies. They agreed to this very quickly which makes me wonder if they are aware of problems with this company? Don't forget the protection credit cards give you. I wonder if this website is actually fraudulent?

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Wish I could give them a zero star or just a flashing red No. Ordered in December and received just under half the order - though they took the full amount of money. emails and complaints go unanswered. Clearly a rip off company. Shame on you.

Ordered 12 varieties of seeds, which totalled just over £20. Five of the varieties arrived, along with an invoice for those five items, but the £20 total which has also been taken from my account. Tried to get in touch more than once and had 0 response.

Looking at other reviews it seems like this is a thing that happens a lot, so I'll be going around and leaving this review everywhere I can find because this is an appalling way to do business.

Placed an order for Xmas gifts. No confirmation email to say order has been received/dispatched. Only part of order was received. Have emailed 3 times/contacted via Facebook but no response and still no missing item. Also tried phoning but number doesn’t work.
Looks like a great, professional company on the website but couldn’t be further from the truth. I wouldn’t bother, won’t be using again!!

I ordered several packets of seeds at the end of October and they have arrived 14 days later (Delivery partly in Lockdown). Obviously germination is the proof of quality which I can't do till next year. Communication could be better from World of Chillies, an e-mail to tell you that your order has been dispatched would be nice.

No comms after making a purchase and it being missing some items. Zero response and a fake mobile phone number on the web page. Avoid

I ordered on the world of chillies but the order has not been received. I wrote them 4 emails all of the unanswered.

I have bought chillies from this site for two years now. Their products are good and the customer service just excelent.

Excellent company initially slow to communicate in confirming order but pulled it round with good customer service.

One plant ordered was unavailable but received refund and two alternative plants with a lovely hand written note apologies and giving extra advice on the varieties sent.

All plants received were in excellent condition and well packaged. The super grow kit I ordered was a bargain came with everything needed and wonderful book on growing chillies all presented in posh box ideal as it was a gift for farthers days.

All in all very happy 😃
