If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the classic hot set of plugs as well as some orange habaneros. I get the automated message that the order has been received and dispatched in 5 days. 10 days later, nothing. Not even a dispatch message. I try to contact them but there is no way to do so. Their web form doesn't work, there's no email, I even tried Instagram. I can't believe a company can operate and just take people's money. Thankfully, PayPal refunded me. But I've been chasing for months and I've not heard anything from worldlfchillies. Disgraceful

I’ve used World of Chillies for the first time. I am utterly disappointed so far. I placed the order and paid £84.45 for many plants a week back and have still not received them. I sent multiple emails and used the contact form on the website, only to be totally ignored. Moreover, on the website, they mentioned that for the first-time buyer, they would provide a 10% discount with a specific code given there. But I did not get any discount. Now I am really praying for my plants to arrive. Please avoid this company.

I bought 4 packets of seeds just before Easter 2023. They were a little delayed. I contacted the owner and they were fantastic. They apologised and offered me additional plug plants for each variety of seeds I had order. Very kind! And the plug plants were excellent quality and are growing very well under my grow lamp...ready to be put outside when the weather gets warmer. Overall, great customer service, very kind and above all good quality plants and seeds! I will use again. Thank you very much!

Sadly I am joining the 1-star review gang. I've ordered from World of Chillies for a couple of years now and it's always been great, with few plants thrown in and healthy plants. I accidentally ordered a gift to my address instead. A gift I ordered was sent to the wrong address, and after requesting it be corrected and being promised it would be re-sent, nothing arrived, since then my emails have been ignored. I've requested a credit card chargeback and will be buying chillies elsewhere from now on

Ordered a number of plug plant chillies, received the majority but one of the plugs missing. Have sent 3 emails and tried the contact us link on the website and had no response whatsoever. No number to call so not sure what to do other than not order from them again. Very poor customer service.

If I could rate this lower I would. I ordered on January 3rd for a birthday gift and I am still waiting. I have chased and still no response. Not sure what you can do to get a response. No customer service contact phone number so I am stumped. Very disappointing and worst company to deal with.

2nd year ordering plugs (wraith). arrived ahead of time, but in beautiful condition and a free thai basil :) got them repotted into a heated propagator. but all 2-3 inches high with very many healthy leaves. Will order again.

I ordered several packets of seeds which arrived today (within two days). Well packaged and with a good growing guide. I obviously haven’t sowed them yet and success could be down to several factors ( including me) but so far I can say it has been an excellent service with what looks like a good product

I ordered some gro lights and they arrived within a day or two, well packed and well priced! With some free chilli seeds thrown in ! Great service Sarah , thanks

Fantastic service, healthy plants and fabulous fruits. I ordered the Hot Collection and the little plants arrived beautifully packed. There was a free addition, and all the plants thrived from day one in my conservatory and later, my greenhouse. I've just started to harvest the crop and the fruits are amazing!

I wish I'd checked for reviews before ordering. A few people seem to have been successful and happy with their orders, but I'm another one who has received absolutely nothing. I placed my order on 10 June, as a gift for Father's Day. It said shipping in 3-5 working days; it's now been 19 working days and no sign of it. I've emailed them a number of times, and other than an automated response or two, have had no reply. They have no phone number listed. They've taken my money and then nothing. Explaining to my children why the gift for daddy hadn't arrived was a good lesson.
I will be contacting Trading Standards.
Please, do not buy anything through this website; it is a scam.

I’m really really sad to write this. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have always had top class plants and communications. This year it’s the complete opposite. I placed the usual order plus an extra order to try their Thai basil. Sadly the basil plant, plus a cayenne chilli didn’t thrive. Knowing they pledge to replace plants that don’t thrive in the first two weeks, I got in contact. Nothing. I wrote again and got a garbled message in capitals that said new plants would be despatched. Nothing arrived. I’ve emailed two more times, but that’s it - never again. I’ve chased for a couple of months now, but still nothing. As said, it’s a real shame that whatever has happened has resulted in a complete break down in comms. They’ve lost me and my circle of friends as regular customers.

Another ‘not sure why the negative review’? Placed an order (Connoisseur Cooks selection). Plugs arrived safely packaged in 5 days (with a freebie). Potted them up into 9cm pots exactly as per the accompanying guide. Have just potted up again into their final pots in the greenhouse and have 7 excellent chilli plants.

I didn't see the reviews until after placing the order and was slightly concerned about what I might receive (if anything).

My experience though has been great. Plants (not plugs) received 2 days after ordering and in great condition.

Fabulous seller …. I ignored bad reviews and this is my second order that’s arrived from them …. I ordered Carolina reaper chilli plants …. Plants are so healthy and the packaging they came in was very good …. I will not hesitate to order from them again

Bought twice, 2 lots of plants - all really very healthy on arrival & the ‘how to grow’ booklet is rammed pack full of good info. I was chuffed on delivery and my plants are now out in the polytunnel & doing really well - better than i could imagine. So excited for the journey & crops.

Placed 3 separate orders totalling £70, only 1 part fulfilled making them the worlds most expensive plug plants. Have tried emailing various times with no communication back at all. Save your money and just go to a local garden centre, a good one will have a nice selection these days

Last year I ordered from worldofchillies and received my plants on time. All good, a decent experience. I placed another order in January this year and have not received it. It's now May. I've sent several emails asking for a status and had no reply.

I've since seen various other reviews from others like this so I can only conclude I've been ripped off and that they have no intention of fulfilling my order. If anything changes, I'll update this review, but for now, I'd say avoid at all costs.

This is the third time I have bought from Worldofchillies. Mixed bag of results first and second times.
This time I have 6 plugs from them that were not good on arrival and I believe will not survive. No contact telephone number and they do not respond to email or their web contact form.
Will be off to look for some healthy plants locally
Will not be buying from these guys again.
